A wonderful open floor plan, lots of cedar accents throughout home. This is Sunriver at its best. There is a large private deck and a great common area in back to provide privacy. Short distance to the National forest and access to great snowshoeing or cross country skiing in winter and mountain biking in summer. Take a ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 4 adult bikes provided.
On North end of Sunriver where it is very quiet and a great place to just get away from it all! 1 King Master bedroom on the main floor. Upstairs is a Queen bedroom and kids' bedroom with 2 sets of Pyramid (Twin/Full) Bunk beds.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.
This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

We had a wonderful time Here! Rooms were clean, everything was well stocked, location of the home is nice and quiet. Kids loved the ping pong table & bikes were a nice addition. This was a Perfect weekend getaway for our family to reconnect. We will definitely be coming back!
Had a great stay. Clean, spacious, quick access to some trails right down the street. Kitchen is well stocked. Only complaint is that not all of the Jets worked in the hot tub and twice we had to reset the hot tub circuit breaker to reset the tub because the heater had stopped working. It warmed up again after resetting.”

This is a great space for young children. The deck and yard was perfect for adventures and nature walks. We had three toddlers between our two families and it was perfect. It's also really close to a great park!

This is a very comfortable family and pet friendly home. It is not fancy and that was perfect for our stay. Very close to the north end trails which was really fun. We hiked to the falls in the snow. Very quiet area of Sunriver which was great. Will hope to stay at 8 Big Sky in the future.

Wonderful long weekend in Sunriver! I was greeted with a birthday gift from Bennington which was a sweet surprise. The home was just as expected, nice open floor plan and well equipped. Very comfortable and more than enough space for four adults. We had a couple of chilly nights during our stay so the wood burning fire place and hot tub came in handy! The location was perfect for us and we liked that the backyard did not face neighbors. This home is the perfect basecamp to explore Sunriver and Bend we even took a day trip Crater Lake. Also the Bennington team was very responsive and did everything possible to ensure we had a great stay. When we noticed weather conditions might be iffy on our departure day we inquired about adding an additional day. They got back to us right away with pricing and availability on a Saturday. Overall would recommend this home and hope to come back soon! Thank you!

Big Sky Lane, house 8 was great for our stay in Sun River. The house was spacious, the wood burning fireplace was cozy and the kitchen was amply stocked. We also really enjoyed the large back deck. The house was outdated (kitchen and bathrooms) but the space was great. Large living space, open floor plan and very comfortably sized bedrooms. We'd recommend this house and staying here again. We also really enjoyed the quietness of where the house was located. It's pretty far north in SunRiver, so it's a bit of a long bike ride to get to the store, etc. but it's super quiet and we enjoyed that since we have a little one. :) The customer service from Bennington Properties is TOP NOTCH. So helpful and on top of any request we had during our stay. Thank you!

Well maintained, somewhat dated unit, but very comfortable, well equipped, with a nice division of space for grandparents and family. Kids loved the pyramid bunks.

Once again we enjoyed our stay at 8 big sky lane

This was a great house that comfortably fit 4 adults, 4 kids and 2 dogs. It was off the beaten path and very, very quiet. Love that the kitchen and laundry room were both big enough to accommodate a couple adults working in there at the same time and not tripping over each other.

We return to 8 Big Sky over and over again for the location, dog-friendliness, and comfort. The folks who work at Bennington are always helpful and friendly. My favorite place in the state! Thanks for another great visit!

A special thanks for assisting us with our door code. We realized we left the code at home after driving 3 hours to Sisters. It was after closing time for the Bennington Properties office but your after hours staff were quick to come to our aid.

The floor plan and neighborhood are fabulous! Be aware that there is no air conditioning -- something we missed. The kitchen is very nice to cook in and we grilled on the deck too. The mattresses are not the best but overall -- we would stay there again.

What a beautiful place --- both SunRiver in general and our rental in particular. We had fires every day (extremely dry wood) and lounged and read on the ample couches, cooked meals together, and explored the area. We took hikes, snowshoed and visited family in another home. The snowy scenery from the windows was extraordinary!
This is a very comfortable house with bunk beds for families and a great kitchen with all of the amenities needed. Fireplace for when the power goes out, which has happened before. A great hot tub to si in while it snows and a BBQ to cook a hot meal to warm up. The house is right on the Sunriver trail system and the USFS land across the street for exploring. My second rental of the house and I will be back. Come and enjoy!
This is the second year we have stayed in this home. We love the location most of all, at the north end of Sunriver. It is quiet and at the edge of the national forest for trail walks and biking. Some may find it too far from the village, but that is exactly why we love it. Everything we want is within walking or biking distance. And of course Bennington takes great care of guests. Everything was ready when we arrived, including having the heat on since these fall nights are chilly.

We had a great stay. Love the location and very clean. It was nice that there were fans provided since it was hot. Best part is location and back deck.

We have stayed in this property before and find it quiet, comfortable and clean.

Nice vacation home with lots of room! We really enjoyed the lodge-like feel of the living room / dining room and the spacious kitchen. We have not stayed in the northern section before, but would do so again, as this is very close to trails outside of the resort.
Our group had a great time at Big Sky 8. The house is located in the NW corner of Sunriver and it is on the quiet side. It is close to the USFS trails to the Deschutes River. No snow for snowshoeing unfortunately. <br/><br/>The house layout is comfortable for our group to gather to make meals, watch movies, play board games and just enjoy the view. There are no houses behind the property, just the bike path. <br/><br/>Even though we were in the upper corner of Sunriver, it is a short bike ride into the village or the SHARC.<br/><br/>The orange bikes are a hoot and it reminded us all of our childhood with the single speed bikes. <br/><br/>Enjoy!
