Your spacious Sunriver getaway can be found right here in Big Leaf 7! The great room offers comfortable leather furnishings, smart TV, gas fireplace and wood beam ceilings. The adjacent kitchen and dining area has additional seating, a table for 10, plus 2 more at the kitchen counter. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite culinary creations.
On the main level is a bedroom with a queen bed and TV. Head upstairs to the Primary Bedroom with king bed, TV, and attached private bathroom with soaking tub and shower. The third bedroom, also upstairs, is a large bunk room with two pyramid bunks, couches, foosball, TV and attached bathroom. There are full bathrooms on the main level and upstairs with a walk-in shower.
* IMPORTANT (Air Conditioning): This two-story home has single zone air conditioning. That means that the upstairs will be warmer than the downstairs (sometimes by 10 degrees or more). Fans are provided in every bedroom to take advantage of the cool mountain air in the evenings and early mornings in Sunriver to make you as comfortable as possible.
**This home has a nest camera at the front door. Camera are not operational when home is in use.

The A/C upstairs is of poor quality. We got VERY lucky that we did not hit a heat wave or high 80s. This is not typical for Mid August at SR. The house has AC but it does not work very well upstairs. It makes it very uncomfortable for sleeping. This is the only negative of the home. The A/C works perfectly downstairs. The home has fans to use upstairs. This helps but it does not provide the kind of quality sleep one gets downstairs. Had it been a typical hot August we could have needed to sleep downstairs. The home is very well taken care of and nicely updated. They need to do something about the AC. Unfortunately now in Central Oregon long gone are the days of not needing AC. There are many, many hot days in the summer. We would have brought to mgt's attention the lack of AC upstairs had it been typical hot August.

The house is clean and comfortable, great location and quiet. We had all we needed to cook and enjoy our vacation. Nice big deck and you can see the river from there or just a short walk to the river's edge. Close the Woodlands which was great. It is great property it can be a little dark in the house, we wished there had been more daylight. Bennington Properties was fantastic to work with.

Nice home, very clean, didn’t really use the tv’s so can’t say how they worked. I did pump up all the bike tires. Take your own cone coffee filters as these are apparently not supplied.
