Every room in the house enjoys views of the world-class Woodlands Golf Course. Inside a wall of windows across the back of the house fills the home with all-day sunlight and offers glimpses through the pines of Mt. Bachelor and the amazing, ever-changing Sunriver sky.
Upon entering the home you'll find yourself in the spacious living room, with leather seating (including a sofa bed for additional sleeping space) gas fireplace, cable TV, DVD player, loads of books and games. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs. The dining room table seats 8 and access to the gas grill is just outside this door.
Also on this level are 2 King ensuites, large laundry room, half bathroom and access to the garage with ping pong table, bikes and foosball table. The first king bedroom has a TV and private bath with walk-in shower. The second king bedroom suite has a huge bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking tub, walk-in closet, cable TV with DVD player and deck access.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo.. The first is a queen bedroom with cable TV and a DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV and private deck. The third bedroom has 2 Twins (King conversion kit available upon request) with TV and DVD player.
Outside you'll find a private hot tub to soak away all of your cares and a gas BBQ grill.

This house exceeded our expectations!!! Loved the layout of the floor plan, lots of room for everyone. House was well organized and VERY CLEAN!!! We loved the location and view of the golf course, it was so beautiful. Bike trails are close. We were very comfortable, wished we would have stayed longer. This is our fourth time staying in Sunriver and have stayed in other properties but this was our first time with Bennington Properties, and they were incredible to work with. The management company was easy to book with, work with and they are on top of everything. They really think of the customer and go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. We will be staying here again and booking with Bennington Properties again.

This home was better equipped than my own home! Kitchen had every utensil and item you could ask for. The house even included items for small children such as books, movies , and even sippy cups! The home was beautiful, very clean, and in a wonderful location. We're planning to come back next year!

We enjoyed the house very much. We loved the location and the spaciousness. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed during our stay. It is a wonderful home which is well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. It does not come with pool passes so be prepared to pay a hefty daily charge for pool visits.

The house was beautiful and had everything in the kitchen one could possibly want. Sorry to see signs of wear (scratched hardwood at entrance and dirty carpet in big room) but otherwise perfect. Only two things I could comment on, the directions for recycling were a bit confusing as the recycle list and bins did not match. Also for older renters it would be nice to know if there were handrails in showers ( in this case not).

I rented a few houses for family coming for my wedding, the largest being 18 Big Leaf. It was simply perfect. We loved the lodge style Sunriver feel, the games, the windows and the spacious feeling. With 5 couples staying for 5 nights, we did not feel cramped at all. Everything was clean and organized, which was a blessing since several members of my family are very OCD. Bennington Properties was, as usual, a stellar company to rent and work with. We will all be back again next summer!

GREAT gathering place for family

We were in Sun River for a family reunion and found this house an EXCELLENT gathering place for a large group (about 70 people). We had 4 families staying in the house and it never felt crowded. It's in a quiet area and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked for any cooking we needed to do. Bennington is a great company to work with. They mailed out forgotten items immediately. Definitely would stay here again.

We spent 5 excellent nights with the West Coast family. The House at 18 Big Leaf was perfect for our group of 10. I can't think of a better place to have a multigenerational gathering. Biking, hiking, fishing, shopping, golf, relaxing and lots of cooking and eating! Already planning for the next reunion which will include both East Coast and West Coast family members. This is a great house for 2 couples with kids. Plenty of space. Kitchen had many extras which made prep'ing food for our gang oh so much easier. The deck out back was a favorite for everyone, we sat and watched golfers go from 16th green to 17th tee all afternoon.

What a lovely home with so many details thought of! We so appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and enjoyed the game shelf. Great choices for books as well. Even though the oven wasn't working, someone came out and addressed the issue to our satisfaction and we managed without it. Great being on the golf course with amazing views. Beds were great and nice to have fans available as well.
