The king ensuite bedroom is on the main floor of the home with two additional bedrooms upstairs: a king bedroom and queen bedroom.

This part of the river is best to float and swim. Really great for that! ....not a fishing river....but then a little research ahead would have told us that.

If you are looking for a quiet getaway with a home that has everything you need this is the one. My dogs loved the massive backyard. The deck was perfect to sit and read and even had a wireless speaker to listen to music. Really a perfect trip.

Beautiful house, lovely grounds. We love Sunriver on the 4th as there were no fireworks noises to upset my canines. Enjoyed feeding the deer who came by daily with the deer food that was provided.

River access is easy, but a steep drop to the river from the property. Great yard for kids to run around. Watch out for sprinklers.

We had 6 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs stay in this house and we had plenty of room for all. The location is fantastic and just close enough and far way from the buzz of Sunriver to access if you want. Great access to hiking trails and beautiful waterfront. We will be back!

This house had everything you could want. The best stocked kitchen we've had. Our dogs enjoyed the outdoor space and welcome treats! We even watched otters playing in the river!

Great get away house with a wonderful yard. Very quiet and private location so provided a much welcomed opportunity to relax and focus on family time, but yet only short drive in to Sunriver Village for activities.
