Welcome to your ideal Sunriver getaway! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps up to 8 guests and features reverse living, giving you stunning natural light and treetop views in the main living areas. Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a getaway with friends, or a trip with your furry companion, this cozy retreat is designed for comfort, connection, and fun.
Upstairs, the open-concept great room welcomes you with vaulted wood ceilings, warm tones, and plenty of space to gather. A gas fireplace adds a cozy touch on cool evenings, while air conditioning keeps you comfortable in the summer months. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking group meals and includes everything from cookware to coffee supplies. Just off the great room is a spacious dining area and access to the elevated deck—ideal for grilling and dining al fresco.
Head downstairs to find all three bedrooms. Bedroom one is a queen ensuite featuring a beautiful four poster bed and access to the hot tub area plus a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, while the third is set up with a twin-over-full bunk bed and an additional twin trundle—perfect for kids or extra guests. Both bathrooms are clean and modern, with fresh towels, starter toiletries, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Families will appreciate the provided high chair and Pack-n-Play.
The home also includes bikes for guest use—an essential for exploring Sunriver’s 40+ miles of paved trails. The home includes upper and lower floors, living and dining up, bedrooms and bathrooms down. Decks extend the living space and the home is cozy and lives bigger than it is! Loved it, would def come back.

Be prepared for stairs lots of stairs. It is a great place however not the friendliest layout for anyone that can’t tolerate stairs. The living area is on the top floor and restrooms on the bottom.

This house was fully stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies, cook/bakeware, towels, TP, etc. It even had baby supplies (high chair, pack and play, baby gate). Bennington Properties was so easy to work with and had great communication along the way! Definitely will be staying here again!

The house was great for 2 families to share. Bunk room was the kids favorite. The location was an easy 20 mins to Mt Bachelor and 15 mins to downtown Bend. The hot tub was a great addition for post skiing relaxation. Home had all the cookware you could think of, including crockpot. Overall, it was great for a spring break getaway.

Nice home. Train was not a big deal. Steps are scary when iced over. Hot tub was good. Bennington properties are easily better than any of the others.

Honestly, we booked this house because it was available last minute, but agreed that it's not one we'd stay at again. The kitchen was well stocked, but the house is pretty dated and the lighting was really poor. This made it difficult for kids' school zoom meetings and conferences. The wi-fi was also spotty, but that may be more of a Sunriver issue than specifically this house. Something else to be aware of is that even though this house has a washer and dryer available, no detergent is provided. We've never come across this before and have stayed at many different vacation rentals over the years, and even other Bennington homes. We did really like the location of the home, however. It's close to Ft. Rock Park and SHARC and even the village by bike. One last item to note is that the train tracks are directly behind the home. It didn't bother us much, but the train does go by several times per day.

Comfortable and generous seating in the living room. Over abundance of dinnerware, appliances, pots, pans, utensils, etc. Bedrooms are lovely, tv's in all.
