Very well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels in baths. Spotless. Easy to bring dog. Very spacious for four adults and one child. Nice layout for having own space. Close to Fort Rock Park, although we did not have time to get there. Very informative during my phone call prior to renting unit. Nice welcoming book, crayons, and snacks for our 4 year old. Very responsive to problem with smoke alarm batteries; fixed the next morning shortly after our text to them. Also replaced broken coffee grinder with new one at the same time.

We had an absolutely delightful time at Alpine 7. The house was perfect for our kids and grandkids. Only consideration – the coffee pot didn't keep the coffee hot, once the cycle was completed. Our fur babies, Twinkle and Pinki Martini. They appreciated very much their bowls, treats, and tags. We won't hesitate to come back!

We have rented 7 Alpine for about 6 years. All the other years it was managed by Village Properties. The difference was very noticeable. It was cleaner, ready on time, you must have convinced the owners to pay for some of the pool charges which never happened before. Also when we had a problem with the stove it was handled quickly and efficiently. I was in the real estate business for my entire career and the motto for our company was that if we had happy tenants we would have happy investors. I hope your clients are as happy as we are with your attention to details. Also thank you for taking the time to ask for opinions personally rather than the usual impersonal rating sheet. We will be renting through you again.

My tennis team participated in the PNWTA sectional championship from June 28th - July 2. We have 8 women on our team and stayed at Alpine 7 during that time. Our goal in selecting a house was to find a place that could accommodate 8 women and was in close proximity to Tennis Hill at Fort Rock. Alpine 7 certainly fit the bill. It was large enough to give those who needed additional privacy some space without compromising too much on comfort. Although bunk beds for us over 55 years of age was a stretch in that department. However, there were plenty of bathrooms (3) and that was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped but with 8 women trying to orchestrate meals it proved to be a bit small, but should be fine for a family or group with only 1 cook. We had several women who enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of tennis and the couch proved to be a comfortable seating space (and sleeping for those who cant do bunk beds). All in all it was a fine space and I would rent it again for a large group.

Central, but quiet location; good space between homes; great access to bike path, & play areas (tennis, ballpark, playground); large new hot tub; extra-large deck. 3 nice size bathrooms with good showers and/or bathtubs; good size kitchen with wide assortment of dishes & utensils (needs new 4-slice toaster).

Great place to stay for families! Roomy, nice deck and hot tub. Walking distance to Fort Rock Park; my teens also walked to SHARC and the Village. Four bikes (two are cruisers with foot-pedal brakes). Nice outdoor area for dogs

This is the second time we have stayed at Alpine 7 and each time has been great. This is a great home for a multi family vacation. This home is very comfortable and cozy. It will stay on my list of homes for future stay. Bennington Properties is very easy to rent from.
