Nestled on a quiet street in the heart of Sunriver, this vacation rental home offers the perfect getaway for families or couples with top-notch amenities including a hot tub, spacious deck and private yard, cozy fireplace and bonus TV room upstairs.
On the main level you will find a well-stocked kitchen with a gas cook-top and stainless appliances with everything you’ll need to cook fresh homemade meals while you’re here seating for 6 at the table and room for 3 more at the counter. The formal dining room has a table with seating for 8.
The living room has a wood burning fireplace, comfortable seating and flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. There is a full guest bathroom with shower on this floor.
Bedroom 1 is a main floor Ensuite with a King bed and large windows overlooking the back yard. The attached bathroom has dual vanities and a tub/shower combination.
Head upstairs to find the bonus TV room, 3 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and small seating area. Bedroom 3 features a Queen bed with a welcoming bench seat beneath the window. Bedroom 4 has 2 Twin beds - great for kids or adults! The bonus TV room offers a nice option for your group to spread out with plenty of sunlit seating for curling up with a good book. There is a desk and chair with gorgeous views if you need to work during your stay.
Summer days are best spent outdoors enjoying the sunshine this area is known for, so head on out through the sliding glass doors onto the deck where you’ll find the patio and lounge seating, then fire up the barbecue grill and enjoy a cookout on the deck.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

Great layout, house had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Lots of plates and cups. May want to bring a large frying pan and/or pot depending on what you are making. Otherwise well stocked for cooking at home. Would stay here again.

Older home needs updating. Yes a pet friendly home but pee stains everywhere on carpet. Needs updating. Electrical outlets are worn and power cords difficult to stay plugged in on some of them. Ice maker in frig doesn't work clogs up. Heat lamp in master bath is out. Master bath on main floor get really hot couldn't find the register but almost unbearable in there at times. The old light bulbs over the huge mirror need to be changed out with modern LED bulbs to help keep it cooler in there. King bed in master needs footboard removed. Room so small you hit your legs every time to walk around in there. For a bargain price rental you get what you pay for. Wasn't all bad but next time will get an updated home to stay.

The layout works well for an extended family. With two "living rooms", upstairs and down, individual family members can enjoy TV, games and conversation without intruding on others. The kitchen is compact but perfectly suitable for preparing simple meals. As a cook, I loved having a gas cooktop.

We loved your company! They were always so helpful!!! This house is in a very nice area with beautiful homes, but too far away from the village and resort for our young children to bike to. Also, this house has lots of trees around it making it a bit dark. Also, there were no spices or cooking supplies or extras in the kitchen. Most houses we have rented have the basics. We did enjoy the little grass in the backyard and the extra room in the house.

We stayed with you for a week (even tho' we only live 50 miles away in Sisters) because we had a family wedding nearby - we and my sis-in-law (the groom's mom) had family members visiting for the week - she also rented one of your homes - and we had many smaller family get-togethers during the week before and after the all-day wedding event. The home was perfect for our needs - layout especially (our daughter and family had the upstairs, we were downstairs in the master bedroom), plus the privacy, beautiful greenery, and the lovely grassy back yard which backed up to green belt. We found the North End of Sunriver beautiful and a lot quieter than the areas where we have stayed in previous years. As you are aware, the only down side of our visit was that the ice-maker in the refrigerator broke, and we had water everywhere. Thankfully it happened just after our family dinner - not so thankfully it flooded the kitchen and the entire refrigerator. The upside of all this was the exceptional service we received from your team - of course this happened on a weekend - but every call we made was instantly dealt with, the maintenance people came over three times, the housekeeping manager came over and mopped/cleaned the floors - and your follow-up calls were most appreciated. Unfortunately, the issue had apparently happened before according to Mass, the maintenance man who was so diligent, responsive, and helpful. A bigger fix is needed than the temporary one he did on the lines, and can only happen when the entire refrigerator is defrosted (and probably a new icemaker or at least parts replaced installed). We were unable to make ice - except by ice trays - for the remainder of our stay,and were constantly mopping up the still-defrosting ice-maker unit from Friday evening until we departed. But it was "handle-able" and did not detract from the quality of our time with you. Again, your exceptional service, responses, and attitude all hours of the day and night were SO appreciated. Some things are beyond our control (we all know that!) - but the help you gave made it all bearable. Thanks, Team Bennington!!! Sharyl and Steve McCulloch and family PS - both of us have worked in the Oregon hospitality management industry for years until we retired and moved to Sisters - in public facility management then for the Oregon Restaurant (and Lodging) Association where Sharyl ran the Education Foundation and developed statewide customer service, alcohol server training, and food handling training programs. The property was clean and spacious for my family of five. The location was great for accessing the river as well as the Lava Lands trail and Benham Falls. We loved the bike rides to the Village. It was the right amount of distance to ride there and back for a 6 year old on a bike.

Great deck and backyard. However, the kitchen cabinet doors were caked with dirt and grim. While the home is in decent shape overall, it's long overdue for a deep clean of all cabinetry, baseboards and surfaces. The random junk in the garage was an eye sore and in the way as well. This was not the Bennington quality we've experienced in the past.

We appreciate your attentiveness, service, and personal interest in us as part of your business. We had a great experience with 2 Acer Lane. The 4 bedroom 3 bath layout was perfect for our family gathering. The service was great … extra dish towels and paper towels were delivered timely when we ran out. The kitchen was well supplied and the beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was well maintained and wonderful at night under the stars. It was especially meaningful for our family with labradoodles as they were able to join in the family festivities. The only drawback was the fireplace and getting smoked out initially when we did not have the correct draft with an initial fire set up. Once we closed the glass doors it seemed to work much better. We shared this with your team via texting. Again thanks and we will consider Bennington in the future.
