Erica, Owner Services Coordinator
Erica, the Owner Services Coordinator, serves as a point of contact between our wonderful homeowners and Bennington Properties, addressing any concerns that arise and looking after their lovely homes. She joined the team in 2019 and after getting to know the community, she already envisions herself purchasing a home and living a beautiful life in Sunriver with her son Emmett, and two four-legged children, Teddy and Lily.
Erica is no stranger to beautiful places, growing up in Santa Barbara County along the Central Coast of California she had the beach on one side and rolling hills on the other. With so much beauty in her backyard, Erica and her mom still craved adventure so they often went to Mexico, Disneyland, and a variety of concerts - from Elton John to Snoop Dogg. She left California for college at Oregon State University in Corvallis where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech Communication. The adventure continued when she traveled to Peru in 2016, embarking on a journey and a cleanse which taught her a lot about herself and her place in humanity.
When Erica moved to Central Oregon in 2017, she finally got a taste of a brutal winter. She moved during what locals refer to as the “snowpocalypse,” but luckily she was still able to see how wonderful Central Oregon is due to her positive spirit. She now describes Central Oregon as the place that makes her feel alive! She loves that there is always something going on for her and her family to enjoy.
Throughout her life, Erica has realized her passion for positively impacting the lives of others, which shows in her award-winning customer service. In her personal life, she simply hopes to live a positive, healthy life while bringing joy to those around her and teaching her son to do the same. Her perfect day consists of a lot of relaxing outdoors, spending time with loved ones, and enjoying some of the delicious food Central Oregon has to offer.
Erica was attracted to Bennington Properties because it was such a welcoming environment and she saw such a huge potential to make an impact. Now, she is able to contribute to that welcoming environment as she is an integral part of welcoming our owners and allowing them to be heard.
If you are looking to have a fun day in Central Oregon, Erica recommends floating the river, taking a bike ride around Sunriver, listening to live music, hiking Smith Rock, shopping in downtown Bend, having a day at Lake Billy Chinook, and, of course, enjoying some good food.
♦ Build and design her own home from the ground up.
♦ Have a large enough property to have a whole family of animals (particularly a few alpacas) and a large garden!
♦ Go to Bora Bora and vacation in a hut on the water.
