This delightful and well-decorated home is perfectly located in the heart of Sunriver, a short walk to the Village at Sunriver and SHARC. With large family and dining spaces inside and out, vaulted ceilings and big windows, the house is set up for families and friends to relax and enjoy all Sunriver has to offer.
The open living space features cozy leather furnishings, wood burning fireplace and large TV for those days when you want to stay in. The adjacent dining room seats 10 comfortably or you can sit at the breakfast counter in the fully stocked kitchen which features stainless steel appliances including brand new range, microwave and dishwasher (2023/2024).
On the main level are 2 bedrooms with King beds and a shared bathroom with the rest of the living space downstairs.
Head upstairs to the loft to find a King bed with a privacy curtain, TV and balcony access. The 3rd bedroom is located off the loft and has 1 King and 2 Twin beds (twins can be converted to a king) all with a shared bathroom upstairs.
The neighborhood is quiet because it is surrounded by golf fairways. Look for wildlife during peaceful evenings on the front or back decks or from the hot tub. When it comes to fun and relaxation, this home provides the ideal package. Enjoy the ping pong table year round in the heated, carpeted garage (no parking available inside). Parking for 4+ cars is available in the driveway.
Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 5 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house. It's only a short stroll or bike ride for coffee, restaurants or cocktails in the restaurants in the Village and main Sunriver Resort lodge.

We had an incredible stay here! Things that matter to guests that I liked: The furniture was high quality (comfy), the space was beautiful, the kitchen was stocked with lots of cooking tools, the fireplace was stocked with tons of firewood (outside), it was close to the village, and the host was responsive. Little hiccup with the door code during check in but they were quick to respond and correct the issue. Very responsive. The house was great and very clean. It is also very walkable (to The Village) and included bicycles which was great. I would recommend this property to others.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the house. It was the perfect set up for two teens upstairs and parents and a 4 year old downstairs. We appreciated the well organized and not overly stuffed cabinets do we had a pantry for food. The house is an easy ride to the village and our little one rode around the loop in front of the house when she wanted more adventure. We brought our own bikes, but were pleasantly surprised in the quality of several bikes available for use at the house. We look forward to staying again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property over the Christmas holiday! The location is perfect—a short walking distance to the mall, the lodge, and access to all of Sunriver’s walking/bike trails. The kids enjoyed playing ping pong in the garage and playing in the snow and sledding on the golf course nearby. They rental comes with 4 king sized beds (and 2 twins) which was more than adequate. The kids used the upstairs loft (which has a king bed) as a bonus room and the adults enjoyed the spacious downstairs. Bennington was very responsive to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

I can't say enough good things about Bennington Properties. They truly are a super host. The house was exactly as described. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and had all of the bells & whistles you need to be right at home. Getting in was easy, the folks who work for Bennington Properties were responsive and when we did have an issue, they were right there. The instructions for using the hot tub, wood fireplace, etc., were clear. Where we stays was within 15 minutes of the ice rink, shops, restaurants and grocery store. It was a great weekend that was made better by how seamless and easy things were with Bennington Properties.

10 Salishan was a wonderful cabin for our family to stay in over the President's Day holiday. The property is clean and spacious for a family of five. It is conveniently located near the Village allowing us to walk to and from businesses. Our kids loved the open lot next to the property to play in the snow and build snowmen.

We very much enjoyed our family stay at 10 Salishan. The home was clean and comfortable. The proximity to the Village and Lodge was a huge perk; and yet it still felt quiet and secluded. The bikes, ping pong table and board games were all big hits. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
