Your mountain retreat awaits! Classic lodge style home with everything you need for the perfect Sunriver getaway. Tucked away in the trees between the Nature Center and Observatory and Fort Rock Park, this stunning 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom air-conditioned home has everything you need for the ultimate Sunriver getaway.
On the main level you'll find an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, large living area with smart tv and gas fireplace, and the dining room. A king ensuite with bathroom and laundry room round out this level.
Upstairs you'll find 3 more bedrooms, all with their own baths, including a second king suite with attached bath and sleeper sofa, a queen bedroom, and bedroom with a queen and pyramid bunk. There's also a nice open loft area with sofa. All four bedrooms include smart TVs.
The large deck with gas BBQ serves at the perfect spot to gather and soak up the Sunriver sun or relax in the hot tub. This home sits on almost half an acre very close to the Deschutes River and just a 15 minute walk to Cardinal Bridge...LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! When you're ready to ride, hop on one of the 6 adult bikes included with this rental and paddle around the miles and miles of paved pathways in Sunriver. Close to fishing in pristine rivers and exploring nearby national parks, the possibilities for exploration are endless. Additionally, Sunriver boasts a vibrant Village area with charming shops, art galleries, and restaurants, offering a delightful blend of culture and entertainment.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aspen. It was a beautiful home with everything we needed for a wonderful Sunriver stay. The outside patio was a lovely place to enjoy meals and watch the deer go by. The hot tub was a really nice touch too at the end of a busy day. The kitchen is spacious and the living areas were comfortable. Would definitely stay at Aspen again.

We were able to host a small gathering of close family and friends for my child’s first birthday and have out of town family stay at the property for the duration of their visit as well. Good location, nice open house with good bedrooms that were not crammed full of extra beds.
