This air conditioned home has been extensively updated in late 2021 with top-of-the-line features such as new oak flooring, air conditioning, contemporary original artwork, and entirely new furnishings, including new mattresses. Upon entering, you'll find the vaulted ceiling living room, including a 65" Full-array LED Ultra 4k TV, with its Sonos sound bar along with gas fireplace and lots of comfortable seating. A queen sofa sleeper in the living area provides additional sleeping space. This home provides incredible views of the 16th fairway at the Woodlands Golf Course from the living room, dining room and kitchen or the brand new hot tub!
The dining room features a new 8-person custom walnut dining room table with custom walnut dining chairs. If there's a chef in your group, they’ll love the gorgeous kitchen with gas range and stainless-steel appliances, plus seating for 2 additional guests at the counter. You'll also love the dedicated, separate “bar/refreshment” room adjacent to the kitchen, dining and living rooms. Every device one can desire is here, including an espresso machine, upscale adjustable-brewing Keurig, 10-cup drip coffee pot with stainless carafe and built-in wine storage for up to 24 bottles. To finish it out you’ll find a wine/drink dedicated bar refrigerator for your enjoyment.
The first level king primary bedroom includes a 43” LED 4K UHD smart television along with gorgeous en suite bathroom including stone floors, double vanities and a walk-in steam shower for two. Also on the first level, you’ll find a second king bedroom, with adjacent shared bathroom providing a shower and large soaking tub for your relaxation and a twin bed sleeper chair.
Head upstairs to find a queen bedroom with shared shower-equipped bathroom. Nearby is a full office with built-in desk, high-back executive chair, and ability to connect to the provided HP 27” monitor. Just bring your laptop! As part of the office, you’ll find an additional sleeping area providing a queen sofa sleeper with new Plushbed mattress (best rated organic mattress) and outdoor deck overlooking the golf course.
The converted heated garage is where you'll find the foosball table plus 5 adult bikes, another big screen TV with DVD player, couch and chairs plus plenty of games to keep the whole family entertained…and it's carpeted!
But we’re not done describing this luxurious, custom home. It includes complimentary use of the garage-located, Level 2 car charging station while a guest at 8 Yellow Pine for those of you visiting with EV cars.

We loved dealing with Bennington Propertiea. We rent homes all over, and this was by far the best company we have dealt with. Their timely, clear, helpful, and professional communication was greatly appreciated. The home was absolutely perfect for 6 adults ages 30-65.

If you’re looking for a property that has great amenities and a well-stocked kitchen with a view of the golf course this is it. It’s located in a quieter area of Sunriver but still only a 13 min bike ride to the village. We traveled with 5 kids and 4 adults and it was perfect.

I have heard so much about Sunriver, we decided it was time to visit. This house was the perfect place to stay for our first time in the area. There is a great selection of ‘local knowledge’ books and maps in the house to peruse. The 5 bikes that are included provided a great opportunity for us to explore the riding paths. Getting to the river paths is super easy from this house. As soon as we arrived, we felt right at home. We are looking forward to our next stay.
Fun Sunriver Trip With My Girlfriends

This was our first girlfriends trip to Sunriver. The bathrooms are well equipped each with hair dryers. The primary bath has the best steam shower ever with the hot tub right outside the door for easy access. The beds and pillows were pure luxury. Even those of us who slept on the sofa bed in the office and in the living room got great sleep. We took full advantage of the Sharc passes and loved the waterslides. And the 5 bikes that come with the house are an added bonus too.

We stayed at Yellow Pine 8 after a celebration of life. This was the perfect place to relax peacefully. The deer wandered through the yard as they walked to the golf course. At night, we loved sitting in the hot tub and taking in all of the stars. The deck with the BBQ and dining table are conveniently shaded for those hot days, making it possible to eat outside nearly every day we were there. The quality glassware is also appreciated. There is even a decanter!

I brought my family for a 70th birthday celebration. The deck overlooking the golf course made for great evenings BBQ’ing on the large Weber BBQ. The family had great fun utilizing the bar area that is fully equipped with an espresso machine, as well as all the tools for making just about any kind of cocktail or beverage one would like. Just bring your own beverages! The close proximity to Cardinal bridge made for great family bike rides along the river. We will be back next year for sure!

We brought a group of kids here for a class trip of exploration of Central Oregon. The house was a perfect fit for us. The fully equipped kitchen enabled us to cook all of our meals in house. The large selection of board games and puzzles kept us all entertained at night, and the TV’s in every bedroom and the garage/game area enabled us to retreat to separate spaces for quiet down time when needed.

I choose to rent Yellow Pine 8 because it has an E/V charger. The bikes and the Sharc passes provided great family fun every day of our stay. We rode to Cardinal bridge and Fort Rock in just minutes. And the ride to the Nature Center took approximately 20 minutes. With plenty of seating in the living room, we were able to all watch movies together. The primary bedroom being located on the main floor was very convenient. We loved the garage/game room and spent quite a bit of time playing foosball. This home was a hit with everyone.

We stayed at Yellow Pine 8 this spring for a multi-generational family reunion. The home is incredibly well suited for small children, as well as more mature folks. There is a pack-n-play, highchair, and kid gate for the stairs. The garage is converted into a game room, with Nintendo Switch, big TV, and a DVD player, as well as a table for activities, and a foosball table too! We were all very comfortable and able to enjoy each other’s company and have our own space too!

I came with a group of friends to enjoy snowboarding at Mt. Bachelor. We loved the proximity of the mountain and the steam shower and hot tub at the end of the day. The convenience to the North store for groceries made cooking at the house very easy. The kitchen had everything we could possibly want/need, including roasting pans, blender, food processor, crock pot, and even an air fryer! It was great fun to make espresso drinks from the coffee cookbook. We are looking forward to coming back for snowboarding again next season.
