This cozy, yet spacious, Sunriver Vacation Rental home is perfect for a family getaway. Your group of up to 10 will be comfortably accommodated with 3 bedrooms, a den/bonus room, reading loft, and 3 full bathrooms.
Entertaining everyone will be easy - 39 Yellow Pine has 5 big screens, LED TVs, each with their own Blu-Ray player, there is an X-box, private hot tub, and bikes! Large windows let that gorgeous Sunriver light pour into the vaulted main living area where you can set the ambiance with the gas fireplace or settle in to watch the big game.
The adjacent kitchen and dining area are generously stocked with everything you will need to host meals. An ensuite bedroom on the main floor has a King bed, TV and patio doors opening to the back deck. The attached bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower. Down the hallway, you will find the large den/bonus room with a big screen TV, Queen size sofa sleeper and a set of bunk beds - great for the kids! The downstairs shared bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower and stacked washer/dryer for your convenience. The large, wrap-around back deck is fully enclosed, providing a wonderful feeling of seclusion. Prepare a BBQ lunch on the gas grill, or take a soak in the private hot tub.
Head upstairs to find 2 additional bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and TV, a well-lit loft with a reading nook, and a large, shared bathroom. A second deck on this upper level is a great place to enjoy the peaceful setting with a warm cup of coffee in the morning!
39 Yellow Pine is centrally located within Sunriver. Take a short walk or bike ride to the scenic Cardinal Landing footbridge over the Deschutes River on one of the 5 adult bikes waiting for you in the garage. Fun at Fort Rock Park, acres of green fairways at the 2 award-winning Sunriver golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the river are all accessible within a few miles of this Sunriver vacation rental. Looking for wintertime fun? Try snowshoeing on the nearby 7th fairway of the Woodlands Golf Course or head up to Mt. Bachelor, a mere 20 miles from your front door.

The home was sufficient for us since we rented #37 as well for our group. The garage door did not work. We had to manually open it and put a 2x4 under it to hold it up so we could unload and load coolers, etc. There is only the refrigerator in the kitchen and not one in the garage. The kitchen was supplied well with what we needed.

Cardinal Bridge, Fort Rock Park, and Woodlands Golf Course are within walking distance. Comfortable house with relaxing vibes and good amount of space. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Also had what we needed to clear the snow. Private hot tub with easy access. Awesome master shower. Bennington was easy to communicate with via text. We enjoyed our stay in this pretty nice house.

The home is beautiful. Great for pets as the outdoor space is enclosed. The internet is super slow and hangs up most of the time. Would recommend the property management company to upgrade the internet service at home.

If planning a winter stay where you will be spending evenings inside by the fire, the living room is a little small for gathering. It can comfortably fit 5 people but with our group of 8 people had to sit on the floor. There is an additional family room, but if you use it for the kids to sleep in it is not very conducive for hanging out and watching movies as a group. Also, it is not really a chefs kitchen. It is adequate, but small if you plan on doing any family style cooking.

Our two grandkids, ages 6 and 10, loved the spaciousness of this home-and the hot tub. They and the dogs claimed the large family room with bunk beds, a game table, and two sofas (both sleepers). Parents enjoyed the downstairs master bedroom; grandparents had the whole upstairs to ourselves. Loved the reading/napping nook at the top of the stairs. Thankful for the unexpected AC during the hot week with some smoky days. We would definitely return here.

5 adults, 2 kids and a pup enjoyed our stay at this older but clean and functional house on a great street. Some of the furnishings feel a bit tired but I think that's the trade off with it being a pet friendly house. The location near the bridge cannot be beat for access to the mountain biking trails across the river. As always, Bennington responds quickly to address any issues. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was fully equipped and very relaxing. A few things...there are 4-5 spiders creating webs in windows. The webs need to be removed. Also BBQ had LOTS of trouble getting started both times we used it. And the red bike has a pedal broken. Thanks for a great visit!

We very much enjoyed our short stay at 39 Yellow Pine. The house is in a great location, close to the river and Fort Rock Park. The house is older but very well maintained and clean, and the layout for six adults worked just fine. It is decorated in a very cute cabin theme in every room. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need for cooking and serving meals. There was also 6-7 adult bikes that we use several times.
