I would say this is a great house for one family, or an extended one. The pool is the major draw here. We have stayed at a similar property in Sunriver with the same style indoor pool. This one was by far the better (pool wise). The pool temperature was perfect, nice and warm. You will find yourselves mostly upstairs in the living room/dining area. There is a great deck with a serviceable bbq (i have never run into a great bbq in Sunriver), some hot spots, but good to do burgers and dogs on. The kitchen has everything you need as well as a view of the pool. We did not spend much time downstairs, but there were noticeable noises down there in the night. I believe it had something to do with the pool, you couldn't hear them upstairs, but downstairs if you are a light sleeper, you could have issues. I did report this so this issue may be fixed. The only other issue I would have is the upstairs master bedroom has a skylight and a window that have no coverings on them. These both make for early mornings. We had a three year old in the room and it was hard to shield him from the morning light to keep him asleep. Really no major issues, great house for the price, the pool is the real selling point on this house.

The pool is such a great hit for rain or shine indoors, there is plenty of space to spread out and come together for games or meals! Would definitely stay again.

This is an amazing, unique vacation home in Sunriver with an indoor hot-tub and pool! What an easy way for a large family or multiple families to come together. The bunk room was great for the kids. The multiple living areas allowed everyone to spread out different times of the day. And the large kitchen and dining area with adjacent grilling deck allowed everyone to come together at meals.

We liked the home, but the bathrooms were a little out dated and we found black ants in the master bedroom and kitchen several days. The pool was too cold and the kids wouldn't even swim in it, which was upsetting. The pool was the whole reason we got the house in the first place. The service from Bennington was great! I loved being able to text if I had any questions or concerns.

The pool feature on this house was great, but the water was cloudy and very cold. We loved the kitchen, though. It was well-stocked, clean, and the appliances were really nice. Another thing to note is that there are only 2.5 bathrooms in the house. It is good to take that into consideration when you have a large group. The house was very clean, but we would appreciate more hand towels and wash cloths. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and loved the wood-stove and kitchen!

We had such a wonderful time staying at Yellow Pine 37 - thank you for sharing your home with us! This house was absolutely perfect for our group. The large dining table was the perfect spot to share meals and play games. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The pool and hot tub were such a wonderful feature too! We had no reason to leave the house as we had comfort and entertainment all in one place. We really appreciated the extra towels provided by the house as we spent more time in that area than anticipated. Not only was the house amazing, but everyone I worked with at Bennington Properties was so helpful. Quick to respond with the right information I needed. I loved the feature of being able to text you guys during our stay. On out way there, I got a little lost and sent a quick message for assistance and in minutes I received detailed instructions texted to me (I was having trouble with GPS service) and they saved the day. Thank you again for providing such a wonderful place for our group to get together. We will be back for sure!

Everything is good

Great house, excellent location, could use one more shower, less chlorine in the pool and better and more pillows. Loved all the bikes, and other amenities that made things "home like". Thanks for a great stay!

Homeowner should include air conditioner instructions. Pool fan noisey when trying to sleep. Chlorine smell strong throughout the house. Rails on stairway to wide. A toddler got head stuck in it. Livingroom window missing screen. Front landing not to code. Kitchen well stocked with pots/pans etc and easy time to use. Livingroom was comfortable.

Bath tub plug needed replace. Microwave above stove did not work. Only one garbage can. Lap pool needed cleaned (water was cloudy). Other than that house was okay.

Really liked the pool feature and enjoyed our stay

The home is spacious and we especially like the dining room table that seats 10! Pool was warm this year!<br/>Sleeps 12 but only 2 showers..2 and 1/2 bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked with equipment. We have rented for three years! We would recommend the home!

We had an absolute blast in a winter wonderland.
This was a fun house to rent because of the pool. My only complaint is the sofa bed blankets were old and dirty and there were no supplies like paper towels, salt and pepper etc. The downstairs bathroom is very dated and dark. $700 per night is really high considering the quality of bathroom, linens etc. Other than that, the house is well maintained and the pool was a nice feature.

We had rented in 2013 and the pool was working so our special needs granddaughter was able to use the pool. This year it was too cold and she was not able to be in the pool. We called for service and a man came a day later but it still didn't heat up. We paid extra for the pool and not able to use it. Sad for our trip.
We had three families with various kids ranging in age from 1 to 11. They all loved the indoor pool and bunk room! We used the bikes to ride down to Goody's. House was clean and even better in person than what the pictures showed. Bennington's rental process is seamless as usual, and hate to rent from anyone else. Will definatetly rent this home again!
