Perfectly situated on a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes down the bike paths from the shops and restaurants at the Village at Sunriver, award-winning Meadows Golf Course and Great Hall at the lodge, 2 Woodland is sure to be a favorite getaway of every guest.
This air conditioned chalet-style home features tons of classic Sunriver "cabin in the woods" character with floor to ceiling windows, exposed beams and a cozy gas fireplace in the living room. The first floor features a ramped entry, a well stocked kitchen with butcher block counter-tops and adjacent dining area.
On this level you will find 2 guest bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and the second one has a queen bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom. Also on this level is an oversized bonus bedroom/media room and attached bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The bonus bedroom boasts a big screen TV, comfy sofas, a multi-function game table and a wet-bar, along with a king bed and twin bunk. The first floor, including the spacious back deck, are wheelchair-accessible (Not Fully ADA Compliant) with a ramped entry and roll-in, tiled shower with grab bar.
Head upstairs to find the 4th bedroom with a king bed with TV and DVD player plus an adjacent hall bath with a large walk-in shower.
This home is thoughtfully equipped with a TV in every bedroom, large gas grill, plenty of outdoor patio/lounge seating, private hot tub and 6 adult cruiser-style bicycles for your enjoyment. The garage features a 240v 50amp car charging circuit for electric vehicles.

This home was an excellent choice with plenty of room for our 4 families and had a lot of extras (bikes & toys for the river). The large deck out back was a great spot to hang out and enjoy the late afternoon/evenings. Would definitely stay here again

The layout of this home is fantastic for large families, however, the main level accessible bathroom is not very good for a wheelchair bound person. The bathroom/roll in shower is smaller than it looks in the pictures. We had a really hard time trying to maneuver shower/commode chair.

We had a group of 3 couples staying in this home for a 4 night trip, and it was a great base camp for adventure. Being within walking distance to Goody's and Sunriver Brewing is always a plus. We used the kitchen to cook a few meals, and it had enough utensils pots/pans to have a good meal. The grill had sufficient propane for BBQ, which was nice. The rooms were clean, as well as the hot tub. Watching the stars slowly twinkle into the sky as it transitions to nighttime from the hot tub is very relaxing, I recommend it. All in all, this is a great vacation home for a group of 3-4 couples or large families.

It is amazing. The space is great for multiple families to share. It is a super close walk to the Village and the Lodge. Quiet with great areas to congregate or have your own space. We love that it is mostly accessible for our wheelchair user and has a roll-in shower downstairs.

It's a lovely home, very spacious and roomy. The separate mother in law suite area makes it nice when two families are staying at the house. It's just a short drive or walk to the mall.

We attended a wedding in sunriver and this home had the perfect amount of space and amenities for all our guests. The service from Bennington was wonderful, we love how pet friendly the company is. Our dogs loved the house just as much as we did!

We enjoyed our family weekend at 2 Woodland Lane. The house is a beautiful Lindal home with a lot of charm. The hot tub was surprisingly large and it was wonderful to soak outside under the stars. Unfortunately the gas fireplace wasn't working. Property management attempted to repair it though it needed a part and couldn't be immediately fixed. We enjoyed our time and would definitely rent this home again.

I am pleased to report that the recent vacation that our group spent in Sunriver at 2 Woodland was great in all respects. Although our family has been vacationing at Sunriver periodically every year since 1973 this was one of our better times. The home was in good condition throughout and it's design was a perfect fit for our group of three couples and our dog. It provides two separate “living areas†as well as good kitchen and eating space. An electrical problem was fixed the first day. One minor annoyance was the upstairs bedroom door which didn't latch so our dog kept pushing his way into the room. Location is great. We made a couple of calls to Bennington for maintenance and the response was quick. We look forward to future visits at 2 Woodland.

My sister's family and mine really loved our stay at Woodland 2. And, my brother and his family were next to us in Woodland 1. It was great to have two nice, large houses next to each other that we could go back and forth to. Woodland 2 house was a fantastic home that had the perfect layout for our combined two families and we loved the location...so close to both the Village and the Lodge. We also appreciate that Bennington gives a SHARC discount, has homes that are welcoming to dogs and are so easy to book. This was our second year booking a home with Bennington and we'll be back. We received a significant amount of communication with Bennington Properties for our rental which made the arrival and check-in process simple. We enjoyed the property very much and it could have easily accommodated many more than it was listed for. A few additional furnished items such as salt and pepper in the kitchen, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, etc. would have gone a long way

Great house! We wanted this time a house that was more cabin style and this one was perfect! Wood entire was beautiful. Loved the big windows, made the house more lighter and perfect to enjoy snow while sitting at home. Kitchen was little small for a big group but we all somehow managed to fit. Overall we enjoyed the house!
