A wonderful, chalet-style vacation rental home in the perfect location - steps from the Village at Sunriver - awaits up to 12 of your closest family and friends! The main floor of 1 Woodland features two bedrooms, the living, dining and kitchen areas, a full bathroom and a large patio with a private hot tub. Beautiful light colored wood-like laminate floors run throughout the open-concept layout, keeping this home feeling clean and bright. The near-identical guest bedrooms are each appointed with a Queen bed, nightstands and reading lamps - one bedroom also has a flat-screen TV. The living room floods with natural light from two-stories of windows! Comfortable seating centers around the large flat screen "smart TV" with Blueray player - perfect for watching the big game or setting the kids up for movie night. A wood stove in the corner will keep you toasty warm after a long day at Mt. Bachelor in the winter. The kitchen is spacious and has a gas range, bar seating for 2, a butcher block island, plus all the supplies you will need to make a memorable meal. Head upstairs to find two more bedrooms, a bonus loft and the second bathroom. One bedroom has a classic log King bed, private deck, and a flat-screen TV. The guest bedroom accommodates up to four, with a Queen bed and one set of Twin Bunkbeds, a flatscreen TV and its own private deck. The loft has a futon that folds out to a make a full bed for additional guests and foosball table.
When you are ready to explore Sunriver, head out on one of the 6 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental. Fun at Fort Rock Park, acres of green fairways at the 2 award-winning Sunriver golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles of this Sunriver vacation rental. Looking for wintertime fun? Try snowshoeing on the fairways or head up to Mt. Bachelor, just a mere 20 miles from your front door.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

Great home to stay in. Very close to the Village and roomy for everyone. We had 6 adults and 4 children and there was space for everyone. Bikes were supplied and were great. Plus we had our dog. This isn't an upscale cabin, but definitely a more chill family cabin and that was perfect for us. Would recommend.

We had a fantastic stay here this weekend. This home comfortably fit 11 friends between the 4 bedrooms and futon in the loft. The living room/dining room was large enough to hang out in during the day and the kitchen was a good size too. The welcome gifts for the pup and text check-ins were a nice touch that added to the perfect weekend! We will definitely book with Bennington again in the future.

Bennington employees very accommodating and helpful would def rent from them again. No master bathroom. Real cottage feel kinda dark not much for lights... great sleeping space but living space kinda small .... family loved the Sunriver aquatic center bring extra toilet paper but otherwise great

This is a nice, clean, well-equipped home in a great location in Sunriver. We had a family get together for four days here. Enjoyed use of the outdoor grill, hot tub, and the teenagers even got off their video games to enjoy the foosball table and bikes! We had a few minor maintenance issues and the Bennington staff were easily available and responsive to help resolve them, so that was definitely valuable. We had a great time!

Needs: Showers need a little updating. The faucets are outdated and hard to adjust hot and cold. Could be dangerous since the water temp is set very hot. The outside umbrella is very dirty and very hard to put up. Pluses: Dog friendly, quiet, great bikes and close the village

The hospitality app was a very pleasant surprise. All the information needed in one place. The map worked great, even on the trails in Sunriver. Very happy with the experience. The secret to Sunriver is the accessibility to the Village and Sharc and at times the Lodge. This home gave us all of those things. It was important to our family to find a home we could walk to the village, whether it be to have a nice stroll to dinner, taking the kids to ice cream, or a morning walk to Starbucks, this home allowed us to do all of these things within a 5-7 minute walk. The cauldesac is perfect for the kids to ride around in.

We really enjoyed our stay at Woodland 1. The house was a bit rustic and dark– but had lots of space and the foosball table was really great. We really appreciated the passes to the gym at Sage Springs. Your staff was great and we will definitely use Bennington again for future Sun River visits.

We have stayed in this home twice now over New Years and each time was great!! This home had enough bedrooms and suitable beds for four adult couples. The kitchen table fit us all and had a big enough kitchen for a few of us to maneuver in there together. When we did have a small issue Bennington properties sent a staff member out right away.

We were very please from start to finish with our experience. The door code was very easy and was nice not to have to keep up with keys with 8 people coming and going. The hot tub was a hit after snowboarding all day and was very clean and easy to use. It was very nice to have our dogs be so welcome and they enjoyed scouting around the yard.
