The staff at Bennington is very attentive and responsive. The barn door to a cabinet must be open to be able to change the channels on the TV. It took us a while to figure that out.

House was spotless, had all the amenities you could need. Check in was a breeze. Super close to the river and all the trails/bike paths. Quiet location. Hot tub was great for soaking in after 2 full days of hiking and biking 22 miles. Very close to multiple restaurants, stores and coffee shops. Will definitely stay again!

We had a great two week stay over the holidays. We would have stayed longer too if there were not guests coming after us! The kitchen is perfectly stocked, nothing you ever needed wasn't there. The carpet is nice and soft and clean, rare in a rental. The back yard is really private and it's close to the bike path. Bikes were all in great shape and we enjoyed riding around with the kids. There are bird feeders in the back and the kids loved to watch the squirrels play and snack all day. Great place. We will be back.

This is a warm and comfortable home that works in both warm and cold weather. It has a lovely private deck with comfortable outdoor furniture and a newer hot tub. The living room with gas fireplace makes for a warm start to cozy mornings or evenings. There is a great separation of space as each of the bedrooms are well separated and have their own bathroom. No steps into the house made it easy for our older dog to get in-and-out of the house and take walks down to the river. The house has a great location near the river path and at the north end of Sunriver. We will be back!

This is a great place to stay with families! Having 3 bathrooms and separate living areas was ideal for everyone! The location is fantastic with bike trails close by, lots of open area, and visiting deer! The kitchen was well stocked with many choices of dishes and cooking gear, and the supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and tissue was ample! We will definitely use this home again, but not in the hottest summer months, as no air conditioning was our only complaint, even though we had multiple fans to help the heat!

The green living room is not as it appears in the photos. It's more appealing. The deck is a bit rickety. There can be quite a bit of traffic on the road behind but we highly recommend it!! BP was very accommodating and brought a replacement coffee maker the same day!! Thank you!!

Great home for families and each bedroom has its own bath. Nice quiet location and easy to pick up the biking trails to the river. The kitchen and dining area can get a bit cramped if there a lot of people but there is lots of deck space to eat outside.

The house was on a quiet street at the end of a cul de sac. The large backyard area was great for our dogs to roam and kids to play. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, which was a huge bonus--everyone had their own space. The large kitchen table was great for family meals and playing games. The deck was a large extension of the livingroom/diningroom/kitchen area and would be great for entertaining. The weather didn't afford us that opportunity while we were there. Multiple bikes in different sizes should fit the needs of any family.

Overall, great house! Very cozy fireplace. Hot tub was clean & 104 degrees waiting for us when we got there. Although the house was pretty clean, we found a few centipedes in the house that were alive and not very pleasant to take care of. That sort of thing isn't totally preventable and not Bennington's fault necessarily, just the only thing that bothered me about the house.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. All though there is no air conditioning, the fans provided were helpful. I was surprised there was no shampoo provided, as I thought it was provided the last time. I had reported a couple of items that needed to be fixed in the master bedroom. The light bulb in the master shower is out and the sliding blinds were off track. My husband was able to get it back on track, no guarantee it will stay, so someone needs to check prior to your next guests moving in. These items were not a problem for us, so did not report until the day before we were to leave, as we happened to be in your office. As usual, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every moment we were there. Hope to visit again next year!

My wife and I spent a week in mid-July at 12 Warbler Lane with our youngest son, daughter-in-law, and two granddaughters (ages 3 and 5). There is so much to do in this area. The activities in and around the Sunriver complex kept us all occupied. Our son golfed on three days, his family got a three-day pass to SHARC and spent three days there. We went into the Village to shop and eat and use the children's play area. We all went to the High Desert Museum, and the granddaughters were fascinated by the settlers' cabin and activities. The girls also enjoyed the pony rides and the Nature Center. My wife and I went to the volcano exhibits and walked the obsidian flow tour. We had deer walking through the back yard on at least four occasions to the delight of all. We used the packets of bird seed to set up a bird feeder in back yard and attracted several species of birds as well as squirrels which entertained the little ones. The house was in a great location. The quiet cul-de-sac meant the girls could play outside without a worry about traffic, and yet we were close to the many activities in Sunriver. It was great having the bikes to ride. The house was roomy, comfortable, and clean. Granddaughters enjoyed having their own bedroom (and so did the adults). We had all the furniture and furnishings we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed including a variety of spices. We loved the home décor and the beautiful pottery dishes. We made great use of the barbeque and hot tub after our busy days. We were most impressed with the staff at Bennington Properties. They provided passes for the High Desert Museum and the Nature Center. They suggested activities and destinations which were most helpful and enjoyable. The discount for SHARC was another plus. It was a great place to spend time with our family!

Beds were fairly uncomfortable for everyone that had one with the exception of the upstairs bed. Although it was nice to have some bikes to use in the garage, most were dated and fairly uncomfortable for the older members in our group. The house was in a great location for dogs as there are no bike path distractions to entice any barking or dog excitement.

The welcome card and bottle of wine was appreciated.<br/>I want to report some issues with this property at 12 Warbler in Sunriver, Oregon: <br/> <br/>1- In downstairs bathroom #1 the TP holder would not stay fastened to the wall. Needs replacement.<br/>2- Also in this bathroom the shower sprays onto the floor, and there was a canopied in the shower upon arrival.<br/>3- In bedroom #2 downstairs, the drawers in the dresser fall down to the floor when opened 1/2 way. The drawer guides need replacement or adjustment. <br/>4- We found spiders in this bedroom. And the screen door in bedroom #2 falls off when opened. Easier to not use this route to the hot tub.<br/>5- The white coffee maker is trash. It was not cleaned after last use and the grounds were hard to remove. Need to discard it.<br/>6- Wi-Fi was intermittent and had to be reinstalled each day.<br/>7- The BBQ had not been completely cleaned so only the center of the grill was useable. Could cook 2 hot dogs at a time, but not 3 or 4 stakes, so we only used it once for five minutes when it ran out of propane. So we did not use it again. With a call to your office it was explained that there is a spare tank in the garage.<br/>This is the third attempt to sending you this info.

Comfortable home.. nice furnishings. Would stay again. Could not get the living room CD ( music ) or DVD player to work. Says they were disconnected. Strongly suggest providing directions to the equipment that does work. It would be simple to provide. <br/>Also getting picky but a reading lamp in the living room would be nice. Staff were available and accomodating. Will use the company again.

we enjoyed quite well as usual. The only thing I think would have made this better is a shuttle service by Bennington. It was quite cold and we walked over 2 miles to the village, think it was 4 out that day.
