This lush corner lot is in the River Meadows Community just a quick 10 minute drive from Sunriver proper. With one of the most gorgeous yards you'll find in the area, this is truly your home away from home.
As you enter, you'll find a Queen bedroom and a full bathroom. And if you or someone in your party is working remotely like many of us this past year, there is even a small office where you can get some work done. But less work and more fun awaits you throughout the rest of the home. The kitchen is perfect for the chef in the group, equipped with flawless stainless steel appliances. The living room boasts vaulted ceilings, and a smart TV.
Head upstairs and read a book on the landing where natural lighting shines through the large picturesque windows. You'll also find two King bedrooms both with smart TVs and a full bathroom.
The exterior of this home is just as relaxing as the interior. Grill up some delicious food to eat at the picnic table on the side of the home, play corn hole out in the grass, or sit on one of the benches and enjoy the quiet nature that surrounds the home.
When you're ready to head out for adventure, take the 4 kayaks provided out to the river through the community boat launch or dock located a short walk from the home! And if that wasn't enough, you'll also have access to the River Meadows community pool, tennis + pickleball courts, and fitness facility.

IMPORTANT RIVER ACCESS INFO:
The Deschutes river bank within the River Meadows Community is protected. Access to the river is limited to 3 designated areas including a boat launch and a large white dock within a 5-10 minute walk from the house. Entering or exiting the river from the bank is prohibited and can result in a $250 fine from the neighborhood association.
NO SMOKING on River Meadows property, including common areas, pathways, and all other amenities.
No large parties or events, and no street parking permitted.
