This cozy home is located eight miles south of Sunriver in the River Meadows community. From here you can walk or ride bikes along the Deschutes River and a network of trails just out your back door or take a short drive to access all that Sunriver has to offer. The peaceful forest setting and multiple decks offer plenty of space to soak in that wonderful Central Oregon sunshine.
A cozy wood fireplace keeps you warm in the winter, while a private hot tub offers a relaxing space to sit back and star gaze. The main level features an Ensuite Queen bedroom with adjacent full bathroom with tub. The King bedroom is upstairs, separated from the bunk room by the shared full bathroom. The bunk room has a private balcony, window A/C unit, and futon. The living room features a flat screen TV with DVD and Netflix, so don’t forget your login!
Please note that this home is within the River Meadows community, which has specific rules and regulations outside of Sunriver, including:
NO SMOKING on River Meadows property, including common areas, pathways, and all other amenities. No large parties or events, and no street parking permitted.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

Nice, cozy home, with kitchen, laundry, hot tub, and 3 bedrooms. Everything was clean and worked, except some of the wall outlets didn't seem to charge phones, otherwise it was great! Beautiful surroundings, very quiet area, excellent time. Go Beavs!
We had a great time and enjoyed the hot tub and deck.

This is a beautifully maintained home. It is very clean, comfortable and in a stunning surrounding. The hot tub is so relaxing. It is large, private and looks out on many trees. The kitchen has everything you need to cook from home. The beds are comfortable, hot water great ,etc Absolutely loved this home. Would definitely stay here again. It is set within a safe neighborhood with lots of trails, many leading to the river. We found it to be a good place to base out of as we explored Bend and its many offerings.

We visited over NYE weekend & it was a great get away. The property management company had excellent communication & responded quickly to any questions we had. The hot tub is older and we do not suggest pushing any temperature buttons or else it will cool down. The hot tub works fine if you just don't touch any buttons. The house is heated with space heaters and/or wood heat. The wood stove heats the house up quickly & hot! There is a balcony off the upstairs bunk room, and the door does not lock. This was not an issue for our family but could be a stressor for other families. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need! The home is right on walking trails & within walking distance to a playground & the river. We would return in the winter again!

What a great spot! Probably the best-outfitted AirBnB kitchen I've found--they had EVERYTHING I could have wanted and even the knives were nice. Tons of board games, a great hot tub, good communication and a really straightforward stay. Cozy spot, nice trails around, and fairly easy jump-off to Bend. I'd stay again!
