Came out for a long weekend with a group of friends - the place was excellent for groups! Tons of beds, a hot tub, lots of seating space outside, and the rest of Sunriver just a cruiser bike ride away. Loved it!
Cindy - Eugene
Very well laid out. Room for everyone. Nice linens. Great location for river walking.

We had a large group of all adults, and it was a wonderful stay! Nice kitchen and storage, hot tub, bikes, ping pong... only complaints revolved around warm bedrooms in the night, a too firm mattress in the master bedroom (however the front king room had a perfectly soft mattress which was wonderful as most rentals have way too firm mattresses). Will come again!
Donald - Damascus
The bed in the master bedroom (back of the house) was uncomfortably soft for us. It seemed to not only be a soft or worn mattress, but it was topped with a very soft, foam pad. Also, the light bar over the sink in that rooms bathroom had so many light bulbs that the room would become uncomfortably hot in little time. LED bulbs would likely solve that, and pay for themselves in a short time.
Teri - Brookings
Beds are very soft so if you are used to a firm mattress you may not like them. Upstairs was pretty warm at night so windows were opened. Great for a big family!
Sarah - Portland
Great house for 11 adults and three small children. Plenty of parking for all.

Very comfortable home! Great for large groups!

A group of 14 of us stayed at one of the properties in October for a quick weekend get away. For most of us it was our first time to Sun river. We loved the house we stayed in. It was the perfect size. Upon arrival a light was burnt out and within 15 minutes a maintenance man was out to fix it. The host were very responsive to anything we needed or requested. The house was stocked with cookware, towels etc.. The house was clean and very home-y! The hot tub was a plus too! We had a wonderful time and appreciate the wonderful hospitality! We look forward to another trip soon!

awesome house, great location, lots of pillows and towels, garage amenities were fun, big hot water heater, kitchen = great. Everything was great. Upstairs bedrooms could use a portable AC in the summer. Other than that, thanks for an awesome stay!

We rented Topflite 3 also and the two homes were great for our extended family. Services provided were the best we have ever experienced. They were always there to help and to provide supplies as needed. The home was very accommodating for privacy and separate sleeping for multiple ages.

Suggestions deck needs work and spray for carpenter ants, otherwise great stay at 12 Topflite

We had the best time while we stayed here. The home was so clean! The kitchen was so well appointed that it felt like home! We look forward to staying here again!

Really appreciated the customer service

Thank you, we greatly enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our group. The only item that we wished we could get working was the fireplace. The switch to the right of the fireplace was clicking, but no fire was starting. No other instructions or obvious areas to turn the fireplace on either. Luckily, the heat worked so we were nice and warm!

So easy and efficient, I highly recommend this outfit to everyone that would like to spend their time enjoying what Sunriver has to offer rather than worrying about lodging.

Great family reunion destination. We hosted dinner for 24 and had to ask for a additional tables and chairs , which Bennington provided. The house was very comfortable and kitchen well-equipped. Hot tub was great, and adult kids loved the bikes and ping-pong table.

1 The house fulfilled all our expectations. We had a great gathering: eleven of us from our Peace Corps group in Nepal 1965-67 a 50th year reunion). Sunriver was quiet, beautiful, with lovely walking paths which we all enjoyed. 2 We may have forgotten to call the office upon departure Thurs. morning (we left by 11:00). 3 The window in the 4-bunk-bed room upstairs has a wooden trim board on top which is very loose, and fell during one night. Many thanks. B.Cooke

I took my two daughters and their families to Sun River for spring break. There is 11 of us in all. The bedrooms were smaller than they appeared in the photos. The bath tubs had no drain plugs, so there were no baths. We had a great time and the house was definitely doable. We never could get the fireplace to work.

We had 14 family members staying at 12 Topflight for nights following Christmas. It was our first time at this location. The house is beautiful, but there are several reasons why I don't think that we will rent it again. The main one for my husband and me is the fact that there is absolutely no area for quiet reading or conversation. The only chairs in the house are the wooden dining room chairs and bar stools and two huge overstuffed chairs, a couch and a loveseat that were ALL in the combination living/dining area.

My husband and I are in our 70s and because we needed a quieter area to relax, we were forced to go sit on our bed in the master bedroom to either read, watch TV or sleep. With my back problems, sitting on the bed just does not work for me for long, and since everyone else congregated in the living area around the tv and fireplace, there was no other place for us to go or be. We left after the 2nd night as we could no longer handle another day and night there.

Another curious arrangement of the house was that the most direct way to the hot tub was through our bedroom/bathroom in the master bedroom. The others could go out the sliding glass door in the dining room, too, but they had to walk on a narrow dug-out pathway through the snow that was hard to navigate after dark, especially.

The bedrooms were set up nicely, we thought, and the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and pots and pans. We had to buy quite a few of the staples that are frequently provided in some of the other homes we have rented in the past... cooking oil, salt, sugar for coffee, etc.

If not for my husband and my needs for some quiet space other than perched on our bed, the younger members of the family would have rated this as a good experience.

The house was clean and well appointed and worked very well for our extended family.
We enjoyed the location of this house. Even though the back patio faces the water treatment site it did not smell and we were not bothered by it. We liked how close the river was and the north golf course. There are a few things wrong with the house. The bed in one of the bedrooms needs to be fixed - it squeaks and makes a lot of noise when someone turns in it. The television in that bedroom did not work either. But the house worked for us this time.
Had a great time at Topflite 12. We had 12 people staying at the house and it was very comfortable and large enough to accommodate us all. The location by the water treatment plant made for a bad smell in the air. The house needs some upgrades and repairs to make it better. The BBQ is rusted out and a fire hazard.
My family and I stayed in this home in June of 2015 and it was a awesome home. Perfect for large family's loaded with fun things for kids of all ages. The place was spotless and beds were comfortable. Only thing we didn't like was the lack of AC, I know AC isn't standard in Sun River usually but I felt with this caliber of home AC should have been available. Not a deal breaker though would rent again in a heartbeat.
Erin C. - San Francisco
Loved the large living room/kitchen area for spending time with family while cooking. We biked daily and enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table. The bedrooms were large with comfortable bedding.
Lourana E. - Ontario
We all had an exceptional time.
Gary B. - Gladstone
We had a great time at the house and the house met our needs perfectly. The kids enjoyed the bikes, pingpong, and the hot tub. We even enjoyed the snow! Thank-you for working with us on the misunderstanding about which house we were rented.
Julie V. - Clackamas
VERY NICE HOME, HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED
Jeff C. - Saint Paul
We had a blast. Very nice house properly appointed.Comfortable for a small group of 6. Big hot tub and a good size grill. Ping pong was a hit as were the bikes. We were nearly shut out on the Mountain due to bad weather so the house made a huge difference.
Matt M. - Newport
The leaky dishwasher was the only issue, not a big deal. Everything was fantastic.
Website made the experience easy. Will use Bennington again.
Susan C. - Portland
Hosted extended family in this comfortable, nicely furnished, well equipped home. Perfect rental and location for our needs. Ability to house a large group without feeling crowded. Would definitely rent again.
