This is your personal vacation home. Located within a short walk or 4-minute bike ride to the Championship Woodlands Golf Course and scenic Deschutes River. Featuring an open floor plan with 2560 square feet of beautiful lodge style colors, great furniture, pine beam vaulted ceilings and plenty of light to bring the outdoors in. This incredible home has all the amenities you would expect at a premium destination resort. Five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. A well-equipped kitchen for the chef in the family and a large back deck so everyone can enjoy the warm weather.
On the main level are three bedrooms, an ensuite bedroom with a King bed and private bathroom, a queen bedroom and another king bedroom. There is a full guest bathroom connecting bedrooms 2 and 3.
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms that share a "Jack and Jill" bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two comfortable pyramid bunk beds.
This great home is also equipped with an X-box with games, Ping Pong Table, 8 Person Hot Tub, 6 TVs, and 4 DVD Players. The living room boasts a 65" TV. A large driveway and a three car garage will accommodate all your vehicles. Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 4 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house. It is close to the sewer treatment plant. Didn’t enjoy the smell.

Came out for a long weekend with a group of friends - the place was excellent for groups! Tons of beds, a hot tub, lots of seating space outside, and the rest of Sunriver just a cruiser bike ride away. Loved it!

We had a large group of all adults, and it was a wonderful stay! Nice kitchen and storage, hot tub, bikes, ping pong... only complaints revolved around warm bedrooms in the night, a too firm mattress in the master bedroom (however the front king room had a perfectly soft mattress which was wonderful as most rentals have way too firm mattresses). Will come again!

The bed in the master bedroom (back of the house) was uncomfortably soft for us. It seemed to not only be a soft or worn mattress, but it was topped with a very soft, foam pad. Also, the light bar over the sink in that rooms bathroom had so many light bulbs that the room would become uncomfortably hot in little time. LED bulbs would likely solve that, and pay for themselves in a short time.

Beds are very soft so if you are used to a firm mattress you may not like them. Upstairs was pretty warm at night so windows were opened. Great for a big family!

A group of 14 of us stayed at one of the properties in October for a quick weekend get away. For most of us it was our first time to Sun river. We loved the house we stayed in. It was the perfect size. Upon arrival a light was burnt out and within 15 minutes a maintenance man was out to fix it. The host were very responsive to anything we needed or requested. The house was stocked with cookware, towels etc.. The house was clean and very home-y! The hot tub was a plus too! We had a wonderful time and appreciate the wonderful hospitality! We look forward to another trip soon!

We rented Topflite 3 also and the two homes were great for our extended family. Services provided were the best we have ever experienced. They were always there to help and to provide supplies as needed. The home was very accommodating for privacy and separate sleeping for multiple ages.

Thank you, we greatly enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our group. The only item that we wished we could get working was the fireplace. The switch to the right of the fireplace was clicking, but no fire was starting. No other instructions or obvious areas to turn the fireplace on either. Luckily, the heat worked so we were nice and warm!

Great family reunion destination. We hosted dinner for 24 and had to ask for a additional tables and chairs , which Bennington provided. The house was very comfortable and kitchen well-equipped. Hot tub was great, and adult kids loved the bikes and ping-pong table.

1 The house fulfilled all our expectations. We had a great gathering: eleven of us from our Peace Corps group in Nepal 1965-67 a 50th year reunion). Sunriver was quiet, beautiful, with lovely walking paths which we all enjoyed. 2 We may have forgotten to call the office upon departure Thurs. morning (we left by 11:00). 3 The window in the 4-bunk-bed room upstairs has a wooden trim board on top which is very loose, and fell during one night. I took my two daughters and their families to Sun River for spring break. There is 11 of us in all. The bedrooms were smaller than they appeared in the photos. The bath tubs had no drain plugs, so there were no baths. We had a great time and the house was definitely doable. We never could get the fireplace to work.

We enjoyed the location of this house. Even though the back patio faces the water treatment site it did not smell and we were not bothered by it. We liked how close the river was and the north golf course. There are a few things wrong with the house. The bed in one of the bedrooms needs to be fixed - it squeaks and makes a lot of noise when someone turns in it. The television in that bedroom did not work either. But the house worked for us this time. <br/>

My family and I stayed in this home in June of 2015 and it was a awesome home. Perfect for large family's loaded with fun things for kids of all ages. The place was spotless and beds were comfortable. Only thing we didn't like was the lack of AC, I know AC isn't standard in Sun River usually but I felt with this caliber of home AC should have been available. Not a deal breaker though would rent again in a heartbeat.

Loved the large living room/kitchen area for spending time with family while cooking. We biked daily and enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table. The bedrooms were large with comfortable bedding.

We had a blast. Very nice house properly appointed.Comfortable for a small group of 6. Big hot tub and a good size grill. Ping pong was a hit as were the bikes. We were nearly shut out on the Mountain due to bad weather so the house made a huge difference.
