Warm and inviting, this thoughtfully furnished Sunriver vacation rental sits in a great location between the meandering Deschutes River and the ball fields and playground at Fort Rock Park. While the overall feeling is of a cozy cabin in the woods, the home has updated features like hardwood floors and granite countertops. Air-conditioning keeps the home cool during the day, while a gas river-rock fireplace in the living room will keep you cozy when watching the big game or a movie on the 55" Smart TV with home theater system in the living room. The kitchen with granite counters and flattop range is stocked with everything you'll need to host a dinner party, though in the summertime you might opt for a casual BBQ out on the deck. A large gas grill, bench seating and private hot tub makes this large, wrap-around deck a favorite feature of 11 Todd.
There are two guest bedrooms and one full bathroom on the main floor. One bedroom has a Queen bed and 46" Flat Screen TV, and the other has a Twin Bunk bed and home computer in case work just can't wait. The upper level features a loft/bedroom with a comfortable King bed, 40" Flat Screen TV, vaulted ceilings, private balcony and attached bathroom. Blinds can be lowered in front of the loft to create privacy from the living area below.
Exploring Sunriver will be a breeze riding one of the 4 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental home. Have fun at Fort Rock Park, with acres of green fairways at the 2 award-winning Sunriver golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles of 11 Todd Lane. Looking for wintertime fun? Try snowshoeing on the fairways or head up to Mt. Bachelor, just a mere 20 miles from your front door.
Family Reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 1 Todd home and have plenty of room for the whole family.
This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

We were very pleased with our stay at 11 Todd Ln. The staff was very friendly and actually helped us extend our stay an extra night! Well worth it and I would recommend to anyone looking for a family fun place to stay in Sunriver. Bikes were available for our use in in great condition. Will stay again!

This was a great property and was well cared for by Bennington. I wish all VRBO/AIRBNB/VACASA properties were as good as Bennington.
John - Alameda
The home needs some TLC, and there is no air conditioning in the loft.
Luke - Coos Bay
Gwendolyn - Redmond
very comfortable, though rather dark(need some lights on even on bright, sunny day)--we would come back here
Lynne - Battle Ground
Quiet, peaceful and very comfortable!

This house was outstanding! The kitchen was the best I have ever seen --spices, pots, pans, dishes, etc. The only thing that I would recommend to the owner is to replace the downstairs toilet which is slow to flush. Bennington was exceptional in every way. Thank you!
Bret - Damascus
It's a homey place that is in a great neighborhood
Alexander - Hillsboro
Soundproofing is not perfect, especially for second floor bathroom that has window "looking " into living room. So late party in living room can bother those of you who will try to sleep on the second floor.

Fully equipped home, very comfortable

The home is very cozy. It has a wonderful kitchen. It is great for dogs and kids. Go out and look at the star at night. Download the app provided. It was very useful in navigating our way back to the house. The roads and numerous circles can get confusing.
Donna - Lake Oswego
The back deck is large and open. The king bed was very comfortable. The bikes were so nice to have access to and they worked well. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots/pans/utensils that we needed. The house was well ventilated and cool for a hot weekend.
Aimee - Seattle
Quiet and comfortable furnishing.

This was our first time in Sunriver. We loved everything about the community experience - from the quiet, tree filled setting, to the extensive bike trails, to all the amenities and attractions. Truly awesome. This home, however, was below average and a big disappointment. It's sorely in need of an update and fresh paint. Vents were black with dust. The couch and bed covers are long past their expiration date. Carpet, not far behind. Beware of the upstairs Master loft, It was hot all day (when the AC was on), and hot all night (even with windows open and fans on when temp's outside dropped to the 50's.). The room was unusable. The kitchen was mostly well stocked - could use new fry pans and larger coffee mugs. The outside deck space was nice, and we appreciated the ability to bring our pup. Overall, we'll definitely return to Sunriver, just not 11 Todd. Bennington Properties was great to work with and we appreciated the ease in which we were able to check-in and check-out of the home (love those keyless locks!). The website was easy to navigate and very helpful during our stay.

Great house for people wanting TV/gaming options. Outdoor space nice, but step-down on deck needs to be watched carefully to avoid tripping/falling. Good access to bike paths and river.

We had the best time in Sunriver and loved the Todd Lane home. Our only hiccup was with the bikes - we went to ride bikes and one of the tires had a flat so I called Bennington. We had brought an extra bike so went ahead with our ride - we were surprised to see the bike repair guy at the house so soon after we called fixing the tire! Great customer service-a few of the seats on the other bikes were a bit too high and didn't have quick releases to adjust so he fixed those for us too. We have absolutely no complaints or suggestions-Bennington Properties made us feel at home! We saw three beautiful deer off the deck on our last night! Perfect ending to our trip. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time in Sunriver! Thank you!

We rented 11 Todd Lane based on the photos and property description. Let's just say that false advertising is the best term that comes to mind. This is a 70's era home with some granite countertops as it's improvement. That's it. While there we had a power outage /circuit breaker trip due to the underpowered electrical system. That's an easy fix-reset the breaker and don't use 2 powered items in the bathroom at the same time. The problem is that the electrical panel is in the owner locked/private garage. There is no access for renters to reset an electrical circuit breaker. We called the after hours phone number for Bennington-of course it was Saturday night while we were trying to get ready to go out. The Bennington phone rep was AWESOME. They had to send out their on-call technician to the house. He was AWESOME!! The fix took all of 8 seconds. It would've been completely avoided had the owners complied with Oregon rental laws and provided access to the electric panel.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely use Bennington Properties again! Good: The house location was great, Amazing deck and outdoor area, Everything you could need in the kitchen, Bennington is on it! If you have any questions you can text and get prompt help...I loved that! Cons: it could really just use some upgrades...decor, furniture. Bunk beds were not useable...no rail, a ladder (kind of...more justvthe side of the bed with rungs) on the side super close to the window and they were super wobbly, liability waiting to happen. Our son climbed up when we got there and got stuck-luckily we didn't need them since it was just us and our son, but if we had needed them it would have been an issue.

Bennington once again gave exceptional service and made our stay outstanding! We enjoyed our vacation at 11 Todd there were just a few things that I would note. The kitchen is very well stocked which was nice but there is no cabinet to store any food so everything we brought had to be kept on the counter. The carpet was a bit dirty and worn. We loved the location and the deck was large and a nice place to sit in the evening. Thank you Bennington for helping make it a wonderful vacation!!

We loved this home on Todd Lane - it was in a perfect and quiet location. Well equipped home with comfortable furniture - we loved spending time on the deck as well. My only *ding* would be that the lock kept malfunctioning but Bennington was exceptional in taking care of us.

We had a great stay, and loved the home!

We found 11 Todd to be a very lovely home. It certainly met our needs as we commuted back and forth from Bend for our son's basketball state tournament. The only thing was that the television in the living room either wasn't working or it was an operator error when we followed the directions for using the remotes. Thanks

Everything was great until I tried to fill out this review.

This was a good, winter vacation stay for us. The home suited our family of 4 very well. We liked the close proximity to one of the paths which lead to the river. The one issue we had is that the fireplace was very complicated to light so we didn't get to use it which would have been helpful to combat the cold air coming out of it! Overall a good stay!

We stayed Labor Day weekend. Nice home, as advertised, we love the location in Sunriver. Kitchen well stocked, master bed was comfortable. We would sta here again.
Lorie A. - Albany
This property has a good location, clean needs a few updates and painting inside and out but nice, we had a good time riding bikes and enjoying the scenery the staff at Bannigton was very nice and helpful when we neede a couple of items anyway thanks much our trip was enjoyable
The Andrews Family
We loved staying at Todd 11. It was clean and affordable for our family. Plus, our beagle Stella felt right at home.
Kim M. - Portland
Place was comfortable but lacked basic things. The grill would not light, is old, the dials don't work and it needs to be replaced. The kitchen didn't have simple things like a wine opener or larger cheese grater. On the U.S. side, the beds were comfortable.
Pete W. - Upland
We had a great time at your rental property. If I had any complaints it would be that there should be lighting over the BBQ. We'll see you next year.
Tim R. - Newberg
ALL WAS GREAT THANK YOU FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO STAY IN A BENNINGTON PROPERTY
Have stayed at 11 Todd many times and had a good experience. This time the rental was in need of much repair. Cupboard door falling off in kitchen, water logged hot tub cover took two people to lift, coffe maker didn't work, casing falling off one bedroom door, barbecue needs maintenance. Would not light and knobs were hard to turn. All in all the condition of the property was looking worn.
Jenna K. - Camas
All in all we enjoyed our stay at 11 Todd Lane. Upon arrival we noticed a broken door on one of the kitchen cabinets and informed Bennington of this. The kitchen was well stocked and recently remodeled and the cabin was very clean. The furniture was a bit dated, but comfortable for my family and our two shih tzu's. The location was great and we really enjoyed the fire place after long walks around. The only thing I would say I didnt like was the water temperature in the showers. It would go from completely freezing to boiling hot..not fun! These are minor issues and would recommend this cabin to friends.
