Beautiful, air-conditioned home, with a fabulous gourmet kitchen. The chef in you will love the granite countertops, custom cabinets, Thermador appliances and lovely hardwood floors throughout the downstairs common areas. There is plenty of room for everyone to gather around this dining table that seats 8+. The living room has plenty of cozy seating for everyone to enjoy a fire and a movie.
The main bedroom, located downstairs has a King bed, TV and en suite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 is also located downstairs and has a Full bed
Head upstairs for bedrooms 3 and 4, 1 with a Queen and the other with a Bunk plus 1 Twin with a Twin Trundle.
This wonderful property works great for two or three families. The bonus room provides a great secondary living or sleeping space with a TV and 1 Twin Futon.

A very comfortable home, a well organized and well stocked kitchen (dishes, glassware, cookware, appliances and utensils). We could have easily accommodated more than the 4 adults and 2 children in our party. The furniture was comfortable and the dining table was great for a large family group and the auxiliary table was perfect for a jigsaw puzzle and later some overflow from the dining table and some smaller card games. There were several comfy reading chairs with adequate lighting. Altogether, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely consider renting this place again!

It is conveniently located and we enjoyed the quite scenic surroundings of the home. We highly recommend this home, especially if you have an elderly person, needing to avoid stairs and have hand rails in the shower.

The kitchen didn't seem as stocked, compared to other homes we have rented in the past. No scissors, nothing to write with, no storage containers, foil, hand soap.

We spent 4 days with friends at Sunriver in 29 Tan Oak. The house is wonderful. Plenty of space, kitchen is amazing, and the deck was great to eat dinner and hang out in the evening. My only compliant was our bed( I can only speak for the upstairs) was dated and uncomfortable. My husband and I were both stiff and sore when we got home. But we are bed snobs and recognize that. No one else said anything about the other 3 bedrooms. Overall a wonderful experience and will definitely go back!!

What an amazing house! I have rented houses all throughout Oregon and Washington for family vacations. This by far was the best experience I have ever had. The house was comfortable, warm, and it really did feel like “our†home away from home. We prepared Thanksgiving dinner for 12 people and the kitchen was a foodie's dream come true! The staff at Bennington were very accommodating and wonderful to deal with! I had one small incident that was my fault and I heard personally from Robert Bennington the CEO. I could not have asked for a better experience with this house or Bennington Properties. You guys now have a lifelong customer with my family!!

We enjoyed our stay at this home very much. The kitchen remodel is very nice and it is a comfortable home. The carpeting going upstairs is pretty stained and looks a little dirty and the washer has a mildew smell. We hated to leave!

We appreciated the beautiful remodel. And the interior was spotlessly clean. The only minor issue was the temperature upstairs. The central air flow is a little too low in the upstairs rooms.

The updated kitchen was done with so much detail and thought. Nice family room layout, cozy and comfortable. Would have loved a Queen bed downstairs instead of a double otherwise perfect stay.

Our Tan Oak rental turned out to be an excellent choice for getting everyone together for evening meals (we had a total of three rentals to accommodate our numbers). The deck was large enough to seat everyone and the kitchen was well equipped. We were happy to see the upgrades which were not originally observed when we reserved the property in February. The kitchen was large enough for the many cooks taking their turns at providing us with meals. The only problem we encountered with cooking was the BBQ, which was small and not in keeping with the quality of the kitchen appliances. We encountered two maintenance problems - electrical and a sticking door, which were taken care of in a timely manner. We will no doubt keep this property in mind when we reunite in the future.
