This reverse living 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is the perfect place to plan your next Sunriver getaway. With updated furniture, private hot tub, and a large wrap-around deck with outstanding views of the 13th tee and fairway of the Woodlands Golf Course, guests will never want to leave!
Upstairs on the main floor is the great room with living, dining, kitchen and half guest bathroom. There is a king ensuite bedroom with private bathroom on this level.
Downstairs is a Queen bedroom and 2 guestrooms each with 2 Twin beds (king conversion kit located in the twin bedroom closet). A sofa bed is located in the living room. Portable A/C unit in dining room area (upstairs).
15 Tan Oak is centrally located in Sunriver and a short walk from the ball fields, tennis courts, picnic area and playground at Fort Rock Park. Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 6 adult bikes, one tandem bike and a kids bike provided with this vacation rental house. Great home for families, homeowners have provided the following for those traveling with tiny feet; high chair, toddler bike seat, car seat and toddler wheel toys.
Having a family reunion in Sunriver? Great! We also manage 28 Tan Oak 29 Tan Oak, 33 Tan Oak, 36 Tan Oak and 38 Tan Oak Lane.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

There were some blinds broken and it was a little old. But over all it was a good place for our spring break vacation with our grandkids.

Nice home on the 13th tee with great views. It had everything our family needed to enjoy our Spring break vacation. Overall the house is clean and in good condition. Some areas have been updated like the master and guest showers, laminate flooring and appliances. Master bedroom carpet is thin and some hinges on cabinets need replacement but I'm sure are on the owners to-do list. Overall a great place to have large family gatherings!

Great house for our family of 7. House is in a good location in quiet area on cul de sac. Kitchen was large with plenty of space and well stocked with everything you needed to cook with. We really liked the family room and kitchen open area layout as this was where we spent all of our time together. Deck was huge and perfect for morning coffee, cocktails, barbecuing and dinners outside. It has a closing gate for allowing dog to be contained on deck. Hot Tub was fairly new, clean and worked great. Note that house is dated and could use updating and new carpets and sliding screen doors. Bennington Properties was very responsive to our needs and probably we wouldn't rent a home again in Sunriver without utilizing their services. They communicated well and House was clean and ready when we arrived. You will always find something you will need when staying for a longer duration and having Bennington there to contact made it that much more reassuring.

My husband said it best .... It's like the owners never visit their house because it needs attention. Holes in he carpet. Needs updating -kitchen and baths haven't been updated since the 80's. We liked the house it just needs to be brought into the 21st century. But furniture was comfy, kitchen was well supplied but the stove tops needs attention as two burners were not flat therefore unusable. Your staff is awesome and did everything to make our stay great.

This house is perfect for two families (4 adults, 4 kids). The deck is huge and fantastic with two large umbrellas for shade in the late afternoon/dinner. There is a ton of storage in the kitchen which is unusual in rental homes. We brought a lot of food and had leftover space. The kitchen is big and open and there is no bottleneck as we've experienced in previous homes. The family room is roomy with high ceilings. Great location near Fort Rock and not far from the River Loop for running or walking the dogs. We would definitely rent 15 Tan Oak again!

1) Kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. Thanks. 2) Safety issue: Turn down the temperature of water heater. Without added cold water, the hot water is dangerously high temp. 3) Slatted blinds due to be replaced...several repeatedly fell off track attachment. 4) Safety issue: A longer cable lock on the BBQ in order to not have so close to the wood railing would be helpful. Painted wood behind BBQ gets very hot. We had a wonderful time in Sunriver and especially the 15 Tan Oak residence. We definitely will return and if enough of our family joins us...we will request the same residence. Thanks.

We had a few small problems along the way with this rental, (delayed check in time, garage door broken), but they were remedied quickly by the staff of Bennington. One thing I would suggest would be to have better snow removal. I realize winter weather is typical in Sunriver, and this is why we go every year as a vacation. We had to shovel a path to the hot tub, clear more of a path to the front door, and had to clean off part of the deck to make a spot for the BBQ. Massive Icicles were definitely a danger hanging from the front entrance overhang.

Our stay at 15 Tan Oak was wonderful. We arrived to about 3 feet of snow on Christmas night! The house had a perfect floor plan for our group and it was nice bringing our furry friends along. We always enjoy staying on the golf course in the winter for walking, skiing, and just having a lot of space to wander close by. Sunriver is very convenient if you are planning to ski at Mt Bachelor and it was a nice surprise to see how vibrant the town center has become in the past few years.
Awesome Lynn! We couldn't be more thrilled at how excited our guests are about the snow-filled season we are having! We love our guests and their four legged friends, it's so great when we get to witness them all playing in the snow together and no one is left behind! My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights recently--very nice home. It's a little older, but is somewhat secluded from the noisier areas of Sunriver. Has a good-sized flatscreen TV for nighttime movie watching and very good internet access. It was kind of huge for just two people, but hey! More room for us.

Very hard to make a reservation. Easy to get in, weblink was junk filled and unhelpful.

We really loved this particular property. Wonderful, quiet location. The deck, with its views of the golf course was amazing! We wish we could take the kitchen home with us. We will be back. The only negative to the entire stay at this property was no light for the hot tub at night. A little scary when you have a young one. However, very romantic when no kids. Also, the garbage should be removed for each guest. It was only bad when you had to dispose of it though. Otherwise, didn't notice.

Even a good paint job on the dated cabinets and trim might have helped. master bath had a lot of space gone to waste with worthless tub. master suite usually goes to person paying the bill and booking the house. 15 Tan Oak was a great choice for our group. We really enjoyed the large kitchen and open concept to the living & dining area. Some of our other favorite features were the wood burning fireplace, large flat screen TV in the living room and large deck with a nice view of the golf course! The master bedroom upstairs was very spacious and nicely decorated. The bed configuration with 4 twins fit perfectly for our Girls Weekend group as well! Would definitely recommend 15 Tan Oak & Bennington Properties!
