This inviting, air-conditioned home is appointed with updated furnishings and appliances throughout. Three separate outdoor spaces offer plenty of opportunity to enjoy wildlife viewing, grilling, stargazing, and soaking up that wonderful Sunriver sunshine.
This home has a reverse layout, and skylights in the great room letting in wonderful light to the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The living room features a wood fireplace to stay cozy on those chilly winter nights, as well as a flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Attached to the living room is a small deck on the front of the home.
On the main level you'll find two bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen bed and flat screen TV. Bedroom two has a queen bed, nook with pyramid bunk beds and flat screen tv. They are nicely separated for privacy with a full bathroom in between, which leads to access to the back patio.
Upstairs you'll find the ensuite bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom with large walk-in shower with corner seat, plus private access to the hot tub and back deck. The back deck is spacious with outdoor seating, and a gas BBQ for grilling.
This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

Great house and fantastic layout. Loved the open upstairs floor plan, great master bedroom. The decks were all very nice and the hot tub was huge, though not all of the jets seemed to work. Loved the garage layout with ping pong and shuffleboard. The built in gate at the top of the stairs was also PERFECT for my dog. Had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!

We’ve stayed at several homes in sunriver and this home by far is our favorite. The home was well stocked with everything we needed and the layout and amenities were wonderful. My wife especially loved the gas fireplace (even though it says wood in the ad it IS a GAS fireplace) as she is usually cold in the evenings. Very relaxing, nice kitchen and master bath, deer around the home. Will definitely be back again.

I really liked this home, its furnishings, the location, and how the little things were taken care of... the living area is great for hanging out with a fair number of people as the kitchen, living room and dining room have a very opened floor plan. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities and it updated. All the furniture is very comfortable. For example regarding the little things: the air quality was horrible and the home had an air purifier waiting for us. While the home did not have A/C, with proper use of the fans (there were 2 in the house) we kept it fairly cool even though day time temps were close to 100. Our kids enjoyed the ping pong table and the shuffle board table and kept their phone usage way down. Most rooms had little hooks to hang whatever you'd like. I've stayed at a fair amount of houses in Sunriver, and this is my new favorite!

Top notch service with quick response time and easy check in. The home had absolutely everything we needed and was exactly as described. Extra attention was paid to details like notes on how to cool down the house. We enjoyed our time there, especially being able to bring our four legged friend. We would stay here again for sure!

I almost don't want to review this house because I want to keep it a secret. It is WONDERFUL! Comfortable furniture, great beds, well equipped kitchen, HUGE hot tub. Just wonderful!! We had my husbands parents, our son and two dogs and no one ever felt like they were on top of each other. Can't recommend it enough!
