Welcome to 4 Stag Lane!
This inviting home is appointed with updated furnishings and appliances throughout. Three separate outdoor spaces offer plenty of opportunity to enjoy wildlife viewing, grilling, stargazing, and soaking up that wonderful Sunriver sunshine.
The upstairs King master bedroom features a flat screen TV, bathroom with large walk-in shower with corner seat, and private access to the hot tub and back deck. The back deck is spacious with outdoor seating, and a gas BBQ for grilling.
This home has a reverse layout, and skylights in the great room let in wonderful light to the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The living room features a wood fireplace to stay cozy on those chilly winter nights, as well as a flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Attached to the living room is a small deck on the front of the home.
Downstairs there are two Queen bedrooms, each with a flat screen TV. They are nicely separated for privacy with a full bathroom in between, which leads to access to the back patio. The back Queen bedroom has an attached nook with a pyramid bunk for additional sleeping space.
When you are ready to explore Sunriver, take a short stroll or head off on one of the 4 Big Dog bikes provided - the The Village at Sunriver is less than a mile down the bike path! Acres of green fairways at 2 award-winning golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few mile radius of this Sunriver vacation rental. Looking for wintertime fun? Try snowshoeing on the fairways or head up to Mt. Bachelor, just a mere 20 miles from your front door.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.
This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

I really liked this home, its furnishings, the location, and how the little things were taken care of... the living area is great for hanging out with a fair number of people as the kitchen, living room and dining room have a very opened floor plan. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities and it updated. All the furniture is very comfortable. For example regarding the little things: the air quality was horrible and the home had an air purifier waiting for us. While the home did not have A/C, with proper use of the fans (there were 2 in the house) we kept it fairly cool even though day time temps were close to 100. Our kids enjoyed the ping pong table and the shuffle board table and kept their phone usage way down. Most rooms had little hooks to hang whatever you'd like. I've stayed at a fair amount of houses in Sunriver, and this is my new favorite!

The house was clean and well-appointed with everything needed for a vacation and. It had plenty of room for our family and we enjoyed the bikes and the ping pong table in the garage. Be aware, however, that there is no air conditioning. There is a ceiling fan in the living room and fans provided for all bedrooms, but it definitely was hot sleeping in the upstairs bedroom, even with fan blowing on high. And having to leave blinds closed during the day to keep the heat out kept it really dark inside, especially with only one lamp in the living room. Also, be VERY AWARE that the master bedroom has NO WINDOW COVERINGS. As an owner of a vacation property in the PNW myself (we put blackout blinds on all bedroom windows), I found this astounding. There were large windows in the bedroom which meant an automatic wake up time of about 5am in the summer. This was pretty miserable. After three nights of not much sleep I purchased a sleep mask at a shop in the village, but it helped only a little. Owners should really consider some type of covering.

The front deck is an enjoyable spot in the evening.

Top notch service with quick response time and easy check in. The home had absolutely everything we needed and was exactly as described. Extra attention was paid to details like notes on how to cool down the house. We enjoyed our time there, especially being able to bring our four legged friend. We would stay here again for sure!

We have stayed in Sunriver multiple times. This was by far the best stocked kitchen I've had the pleasure of using. The recent update is lovely.

It's a great house. Perfect for us. The only downside to this house is no SHARC passes.

I almost don't want to review this house because I want to keep it a secret. It is WONDERFUL! Comfortable furniture, great beds, well equipped kitchen, HUGE hot tub. Just wonderful!! We had my husbands parents, our son and two dogs and no one ever felt like they were on top of each other. Can't recommend it enough!
