Adorable 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the Skyline Complex off circle 3. Just around the corner from Lake Aspen, The Oregon Observatory and Sunriver Nature Center, the stables and the Marina.
Warm and welcoming, this home has a King Bedroom on the main floor with the spacious King Bedroom upstairs along with the kids room outfitted with two sets of twin bunk beds (new pic coming soon).
You can tell from the moment you walk in, the owners take great pride in their home with the furnishing and decor choices. Every detail is thought out for a stress-free relaxing vacation. A few other amenities included for your enjoyment are four bikes and Flat Screen TVs in the King bedrooms along with the living room.
Family Reunion in Sunriver? Great! Book this home along with our 20 Quelah Condo (located across the parking lot) and have plenty of room for the whole family.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

Spacious Condo with Great Location but could use some updates

We arrived in Sunriver during the hottest week of the year. The condo doesn't have A/C but cools really nicely over night with the boxed fans provided. The condo is in a great location, only 1 mile from the village. Most of the condo has been nicely updated although the kitchen is in need of a major update. Only 1 burner actually works and half the cooktop is a grill, so not really functional if cooking for more than 2 people. The king size beds are super comfy but the mattresses in the bunk room could be improved. 4 Bikes are provided but be sure to bring your own helmets. No games or puzzles are available in the condo, so bring your own. You can access streaming channels through the DVD player. Both the bathrooms could use some updating but worked great for us. The upstairs bathroom is a jack and jill style, shared between the bunk room and the upstairs King Bedroom. The second king bedroom is on the main floor. We had a great stay and hope to return once the kitchen has been updated.

This property is located a stone throw from the Nature Center and nice walking trails. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. It is one of the few good dog-friendly options for small groups/families (3 rooms with a total of two queen beds and two twin beds) that one can find in Sunriver.

Although small in footprint, the use of space results in an amazingly roomy rental that very comfortably accommodates 6 people. Steps away from the hot tub is a real plus, as well as easy access to the trail.

We were very happy with the Bennington “Ohana†way and felt the hospitality was exceptional. I was also pleasantly surprised at the thoughtfulness of what was found around the house for our use; games, all the necessities of a home kitchen, bikes for our use, etc. Book it now :)

This home is clean and well decorated. The beds are very comfortable! Showers are great! Very centrally located and an easy bike ride or walk to the Village, Lodge, Nature Center, Airport, Hola, Sharc, etc. Exceptionally clean. Even more impressive since it is a dog loving home. The floors are easy to clean up. The living room furniture is very comfortable. The condo doesn't have AC but has plenty of fans. The condo is not in direct sunlight which allows for it to cool down easily in the evening with windows open. It keeps the place cool all day, even upstairs! There are not a lot of kitchen supplies compared to other rentals I've stayed in over the years. Enough but no serving platters, potato peeler, etc. I ended up buying some placemats and cloth napkins for the house. I like to have a nice table setting for dinner with the family.

The condo was centrally located in Sunriver. It was close to the Planetarium, horse stable , marina and village center. The bikes included with the condo were perfect for the family. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised with kids and dog welcoming packages. We will check out other properties managed by Bennington in the future.

Hot water heater is struggling. Not enough hot water for even 1 shower. Otherwise a very pleasant experience.

We had an amazing time in SunRiver. Our condo was very nice, clean and accommodated all our needs. This is our second Christmas at Skyline 13 and we were just as pleased as the last time. The condo is well-appointed, tastefully updated (the new flooring is beautiful!) and well-equipped. Kitchen has everything I have needed to cook, and for those traveling with small children has an ample supply of child-safe dishes and utensils. Our only suggestion would be to have extra blankets available, as the kids got cold in the night. Thanks again for a lovely stay! We are so pleased with Bennington Properties.

"We have spent four nights at the home and really enjoyed the stay. The home is clean, kitchen is well equipped. We really liked spending evenings by the natural gas fireplace. The only one concern on the opposite side of the parking lot there are homes with the same numbers and we spent some time figuring out the location. Maybe I should have been a better directions reader."

When the owners update the flooring, it would be nice to have something not so slippery and cold by the door. A large floor mat would be very helpful when coming in from the snow. The house was very clean and well appointed and the decor was nice. The cost was a bit spendy compared to a home with all the fees but it was last minute.
