Enjoy peaceful river front views in this beautiful 3 bedroom, 4 bath home right on the Deschutes River, just south of Sunriver. Sitting on a full acre and 180 feet of riverfront property this home also has a floating dock for easy access to float or kayak right out your back door. Float from upriver at Big River Campground down to the house or float downriver from house to Harper's Bridge at Sunriver or combine the two for a longer trip.
The property also offers a fully fenced half acre front yard. Within this, there is an additional fenced area that gives your canine family members access to the back deck as well. It is located just adjacent to a large wetland and is surrounded by wildlife such as deer, beavers, eagles and more.
This home is filled with great natural light. The open flow of the downstairs common area is great for visiting with friends and family. A river rock wood fireplace in the living room invites you to cozy up with a good book or movie on a snowy night.
On the main level is a spacious queen ensuite bedroom with fireplace and private bathroom with walk-in shower.
Upstairs are bedrooms 2 and 3. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and gas fireplace with private attached bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a full bed and attached private bathroom.
When you are not soaking in the hot tub or enjoying that gorgeous Sunriver sunshine river side, you can take advantage of the horseshoe pit on-site or explore the nearby foothills of Mt. Bachelor and the surrounding, pristine alpine forests.
With a large driveway and RV hookups, there is plenty of space to bring all of our outdoor toys along with you. Book a rafting trip on the Deschutes, go fly fishing, or make the short trip to Mt. Bachelor Resort for a day of skiing and snowboarding. With its ample amenities and serene river views, this Central Oregon rental is sure to be a favorite!

This house is located at the end of a long gravel road that at first made us wonder where we were headed. If you have kids, no pavement to ride bikes, scooters, etc.. Bring your own drinking water, even the filtered door water out of the fridge tastes bad as do the ice cubes (probably due to being on a well system). The hot water smells like rotten eggs and makes for a less than pleasing shower. The upstairs bathrooms are getting a little tired and the water pressure is inconsistent. Not sure if it's due to the well or old shower heads. The washing machine makes loud chugging and squealing noises and doesn't spin out enough water even if you run a spin only afterwards. It took 2 or 3 hours to dry a medium load of towels. The floating dock is nice, however, the ramp down can be very slippery so step carefully and there is no pathway from the lawn to the dock so you just have to walk through the long grass that is stuffed with goose poop. The backyard sprinklers come on every other day around 10:00am without warning and apparently these sprinklers attract the geese so after they are done running you will get a gaggle in the backyard that manage to leave piles of poop everywhere. After this, the backyard lawn became unusable due to all the landmines. As with most rental houses in the Sunriver / Deschutes area, the bbq is starting to rot but was functional. The stove and oven are gas so if you are not used to it, there is a definite learning curve for heat levels and the gas oven cooks very hot. One big thing for us was there is no notebook in the house with information and instructions. We've been coming to this area for 2 decades and never stayed in a house without one. So it's up to you to figure out how to work the tv, thermostat, find local services, general rules, etc... Overall, the family had a good time. The location of the house is it's best feature and the evenings on the river are peaceful but for the money there are better places out there.

House was well-equipped with everything, the view was great, and my pups appreciated the large fenced yard!

What a wonderfully delightful place to stay. We will be back!

The house is exactly as described. Very peaceful location. My only disappointment was that the river level had dropped during this time of year. I was hoping to be able to sit on the floating dock and relax. Unfortunately the dock was out of the water. I would return and rent again just not when the water level is low.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was really clean, and we love being right on the water. Great place to relax, hangout, play badminton in the backyard, and take a paddle (or float) right from your own personal dock. I thought the keyless entry system was easy to use, and the check-in/check-out process was simple. Great communication with property management, as well. This is our second year staying here, and we hope to do it again next year.

Beautiful house with great views of the river! The personal dock is right on the water and really made the stay for us!

The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and a few basics. We asked for an extra blanket, and were able to pick it up in town within a day. River front location with a dock is great! Nice views of the river from most rooms. It felt private and quiet. The road to the house is gravel. We didn’t see many neighbors during our visit. Fire and smoke is an issue in the fall, and we had a couple days with unhealthy air in early August.

This place is the perfect spot for a family vacation! The house had everything we needed!

Beautiful river front location and very comfortable home but be aware Three Rivers is a bit more remote, about a 30 minute drive to Bend. We never went to Sunriver. Having a/c was a necessity during the heatwave. The house was clean. No supplies so bring all your spices, oils, plastic wrap, etc. The refrigerator/freezer was not working right during our stay so hopefully it's fixed by now. The property management company was very responsive, we appreciated that. The house is comfortable. We recommend setting up the badminton net that is stored in the garage, we used it a ton. Lots of geese floating by, even saw river otters and deer across the river. We would stay here again.

We loved our time at this house! Our family comes to Sunriver often and this was the first place we all agreed we’d have to visit again! The house was clean, well maintained and spacious. The views were gorgeous! Horse shoes in the front yard were a nice touch and a fun activity for the evening. Overall, this was a perfect house for our family and dogs.

We loved staying here. It's right on the river, a big house with big rooms and views galore. We kept the fire going for ambiance and it was delightful. Everything you need in a house, I do wish there were more plates and frying pans as there was only 1 frying pan and 6 plates total. The location is close to Sunriver, a 10-minute drive and you are downtown. The neighborhood isn't the nicest per se and the first night the neighbors were pretty loud out front but honestly, you can't hear anything from the back of the house where the river is. I'd return to this property for sure.

Great spot right on a great river. Big house, everyone gets a bathroom, plenty of privacy. Thanks for the quick responses to questions!

This was a great place to stay! So much room and right on the river! Their communication is great too, and they were very flexible with early check in.

The house was exactly what we needed, the perfect retreat. We enjoyed the hot tub every night and the big couch and fireplace in the living room was great. Kitchen was amazingly well stocked, lots of pots and pans, sharp knives, and kitchen appliances. Dishwasher didn't work amazingly, things need to be mostly clean when going in but that's no big deal!”

This place is a total gem! Beautiful and big. Has all the amenities you're going to want coming to the woods and mountains: hot tub, big kitchen, three big bedrooms, outdoor firepit, access to the deschutes. At the end of a cul-de-sac and private. Very cool place. Would most definitely stay again!
