This luxury home is conveniently located in beautiful Caldera Springs, adjacent to Sunriver Resort and a short trek to all the natural beauty that Central Oregon has to offer. With 4 King suites, media room, beautiful heated outdoor space with firepit, BBQ, and smoker, and a surround sound system, this home truly has everything you need for the luxury getaway of your dreams.
The living room features modern, comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, and large flat screen Smart TV. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen is spacious with plenty of counter and table seating for the whole group.
The primary King suite is on the main floor and includes a California King bed, an attached bathroom with walk-in shower, and Smart TV. It also has a work station that includes monitor.
The second King suite is also located on the main floor and has an attached bathroom with walk-in shower.
King suites 3 and 4 are located upstairs and both boast beautiful walk-in showers.
Upstairs, you'll also find a Bunk Room with 2 twin over full bunk beds and a Media Room with a queen over queen bunk. Setup for the perfect movie night, the Media Room is equipped with ample seating for the whole family and a Smart TV for streaming all your favorite shows and movies. The home also boasts 1 Gig wifi speed which makes streaming a breeze. The fun continues in the garage where you'll find Foosball and Ping Pong.
This home is family-loving and perfect for those with young children as it includes a high chair, baby gate, and pack and play. You'll also find a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers.

This house was STUNNING and more than accommodating for my entire extended family. The playroom + bunkroom upstairs was perfect for the kids, and every bedroom had a separate bathroom for the adults. Kitchen was HUGE and the double washer/dryer was clutch coming in from the snow with all our dirty things. We would absolutely stay here again—couldn’t have asked for more!

This home provided the perfect vacation for our large family! It offers something for everyone: a media room with a huge TV, comfy sofa, and queen-over-queen bunk beds for the 13 kids we had with us, a garage with foosball, ping pong and darts for awesome family game nights, a spacious gourmet kitchen for cooking holiday meals, a large gas grill and smoker for BBQ's, an indoor/outdoor sound system for epic family dance parties, and 2 washers/dryers (my dream come true)! We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this beautiful home in early May and it was wonderful! We had a family reunion over a long weekend and 6 siblings and their spouses (12 people in all) stayed in this large home. Everyone was comfortable and the design and layout of the home was perfect for socializing as a big group or in smaller groups. The “Great Room” is both large and cozy. It comfortably fit all of us (and additional guests) for a family slide show evening, but was also great for smaller groups to have discussions and feel at home. The window of the family room shows a beautiful scene of trees and a small pond. The kitchen is large, luxurious and ultra-modern and includes high quality appliances, etc. in every area. We also enjoyed all sitting around a covered outdoor area around the outdoor fireplace and singing songs. The garage had an indoor ping pong table, cornhole game, etc. The laundry room is large and includes two brand new washers and two brand new dryers, which is very helpful for large groups. Everything is brand new and high-end. Very well designed, planned and thought out house that is particularly suited for large families or multiple families that want to take advantage of the area, including downtown Sunriver 5 minutes away, and Mt. Bachelor / Bend within 20 minutes. We highly recommend this wonderful home and assure you that you won’t be disappointed!
