This quaint 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Ranch Cabin is full of modern updates and furnishings, designed with style and comfort in mind, and features a gas fireplace and two TVs.
Cozy up in the living room by the fireplace and watch a movie on the mounted flat screen TV.
A fully stocked kitchen awaits with all the cookware and dinnerware needed for a hearty meal. There is bar seating in the kitchen for 3 and dining table bench seating for 4-6.
All three bedrooms are upstairs. Bedroom 1 is a queen bedroom with flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 is a twin over twin bunk room. Bedroom 3 is a pyramid bunk room.
The back patio with gas BBQ has seating for 2 for soaking up the beautiful Sunriver atmosphere.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned but does have 2 cooling fans for guest comfort.
Family reunion or Group Gathering, book this home along with our other cabins, Ranch Cabin 16, Ranch Cabin 17 and Ranch Cabin 27.

This cabin is an amazing place for a cozy getaway. It’s feels very rustic but also modern. The location is great - you can walk to Fort Rock Park and the river is also close. We would definitely return to this property.

Newly renovated, with thoughtful design-forward touches throughout, Rancho72 is stylish and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing getaway in Sunriver. The super cozy living room has a Rais gas fireplace and a lounge space perfect for curling up with a good book or watching a movie. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Upstairs, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the beautiful bathroom has a bathtub and radiant heat floors. We had the most wonderful stay and look forward to going back!

Absolutely love Ranch Cabin 1! It truly felt like a mini luxury vacay in Sunriver. Comfy, cozy, relaxing… and we saw a sweet deer family, which made our stay all the more idyllic. A beautiful modern retreat with so many activities and amenities within walking, biking, or a quick drive away! Thank you!!! Can’t wait to book again!

Loved this cabin! We had a great and comfortable stay and can’t wait to go back. The kitchen was stocked with all the right things to cook, the living room had the perfect amount of space to lounge by the fire place and the beds were super comfy. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom-bonus!
