Lovely small studio. Lovely furnishings and very clean. Only problem is absolutely no privacy on this ground floor unit as all window look out to other units or walkway. Also you can hear EVERY footstep and even a normal quiet conversation taking place upstairs, There is no sound barrier at all. That really was remarkable. Just cheap construction. But! the bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and very nice.

If you aren't use to apartment life, don't rent this unit. Lots of noise from upstairs unit. We heard almost every step they made!

It's not in the Village but it's very close and easily accessible by bike path...the rental is great for a couple or for one person.

Great location, nice pool and sunning area and close to activities and food. An easy walk to the village for more options. Come stay, you'll love it. I had a wonderful time just being in the fun environment of Sunriver. Bennington and the employees are always extremely accommodating and friendly.

Bring your own shampoo, the phone is hidden behind the TV and the garbage is in the SE corner of the property. There is no recycling from what we could find.
