Luxurious Riverfront Log Cabin. This home is located just outside of Sunriver proper with peaceful, serene atmosphere.
As you enter this exquisite home and gaze through the grand living room, you are met with floor to ceiling windows offering unobstructed views of the Deschutes River. Natural light pours into the living, dining and kitchen area, providing a great space for relaxing, cooking meals and spending time together as a family. The large wood burning fireplace adds to the charm and serenity of this upscale property.
The King ensuite bedroom is found on the main level with double door access to the deck and hot tub. Upstairs you are greeted with a large loft and 2 additional bedrooms, providing impressive views of the Deschutes River from the second level. With a flat screen TV, sectional sofa, dining room table and lots of board games, this is sure to be a family favorite. The two bedrooms are on each side of the loft, providing privacy, but easy access to the extra living space. They both have a queen + a twin day bed. A full bathroom is located within the loft to be shared by both bedrooms.
Grab some bikes and head out on miles of paved trails along the Deschutes River! When you are not soaking in the hot tub or watching movies in the family room, you can explore the nearby foothills of Mt. Bachelor and the surrounding, pristine alpine forests. Book a rafting trip on the Deschutes, go fly fishing, or make the short trip to Mt. Bachelor Resort for a day of skiing and snowboarding. With its welcoming modern lodge decor and river setting, this Central Oregon rental is sure to be a family favorite!

IMPORTANT RIVER ACCESS INFO:
The Deschutes river bank within the River Meadows Community is protected. Access to the river is limited to 3 designated areas including a boat launch and a large white dock within a 5-10 minute walk from the house. Entering or exiting the river from the bank is prohibited and can result in a $250 fine from the neighborhood association.
NO SMOKING on River Meadows property, including common areas, pathways, and all other amenities.
No large parties or events, and no street parking permitted. Recreational vehicles cannot be kept in driveways.

Beautiful log home with stunning views and wonderful windows that let in a lot of light. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in and the big beautiful dining table was perfect for our family dinners. The furniture is comfortable, and the wood-burning fireplace is very cozy. The loft area was great for the kids to hang out and work on puzzles. This is a very nice home for families.

This is a beautiful home and accommodated for adults very nicely. It sits on the Deschutes river and the walking path is just gorgeous. The kitchen was perfect for our gourmet chef friend. And we loved the fireplace every evening. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean.

- It's a 10-15 minute drive to Sunriver Village - No toiletries or coffee provided, so please pack your own (even for your first night and morning) - House does not include access to the community pool

This property is by far the cleanest and most fully stocked home I’ve ever stayed in in the Sunriver/Bend area. We couldn’t have asked for more. Communication with Bennington property was stellar as well. We will definitely be back! Great added bonus was that the back deck had a locking gate around it. Perfect for small children. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, and you can’t beat having the Deschutes river right out your back door!

Wonderful home with a beautiful view of the river. Easy access to bike/walking paths with bikes & helmets available for use in the garage. Hidden away from the busy area of Sunriver, which made it quite peaceful. Master bed was comfortable, upstairs beds were a little less so.
