Come and relax in this spacious home, an amazing location for a getaway with friends or family. The upstairs features a large game room with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, and a large flat screen TV – plenty of amenities for hours of entertainment for everyone. The game room also has a wet bar/kitchenette stocked with glassware and a dishwasher as well as comfy leather sofas to relax in. One of the sofas pulls out for additional sleeping space. Home has A/C to keep cool in the warmer months.
Wood and stone accents with high ceilings give this home an inviting lodge feel, while the newly remodeled kitchen/dining area with hardwood floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances make entertaining a breeze. There is seating for 8 at the dining table with room for 8 more at the kitchen bars.
Relax in one of the comfy leather chairs or sofa downstairs in the living room of this open concept home.. The downstairs features two bedrooms and a full bath with shower/tub combo. The first bedroom has a comfy queen bed, TV and large closet. The second bedroom features two charming twin bunk beds, TV and a closet full of books and toys for our younger travelers.
Two suites upstairs are a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. The first suite includes a giant soaking tub and spacious walk in shower with gorgeous granite counters, dual sinks, and tons of light. The second suite also features a king bed, large closet and full bathroom.
Enjoy the peaceful environment of this quiet, north end location with a private out door hot tub. This home is a short distance to the Marketplace grocery store and close to the miles of bike paths. When you are ready to explore all that Sunriver has to offer, head out on one of the 6 bicycles waiting for you in the garage. Perfect your swing at the nearby tennis courts or award-winning golf courses, or enjoy a lovely nature tour along the 36 miles of bike and walking paths. The shops and restaurants at the Village, Sunriver Stables, Oregon Observatory, Sunriver Nature Center, and more, are all found within a few miles of 11 Oregon Loop.

Oregon Loop 11 was perfect for our stay. All parts of the home were clean and organized. The kitchen was well stocked and placed nicely with the dining room and lower LR for us to be together while cooking. The upstairs LR/game room proved an excellent location for spending more time together, from cards to the couches and pool/ping pong. Our only complaint was the weather turned cool and wet for our stay and we weren’t able to spend evenings on the lovely back deck. Working with Bennington was smooth and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful house for our family group of 10 ranging in age from 3 to mid 70s. Everything was perfect. We also enjoyed using the bikes, the Shark passes, and the hot tub.

We had a great time staying in Oregon Loop 11. The large upstairs with pool table and ping pong table was great for socializing. The large back deck was also a great place to relax. Having life vests and plenty of bikes available was also a plus. We have visited Sunriver for a number of years and would recommend Oregon Loop 11.

We had a great time at this home. It's perfect for two families, (we had 9 people total) and we all had a great time hanging out in the large game/family room upstairs. Everything was very clean and well stocked. Bennington was also very responsive and accommodating for us during the stay. We would definitely come stay at this house again!

The upstairs game room was wonderful. We had ping pong, pool and foosball tournaments. The three couches and big screen tv as well as a mini kitchen made it quite comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised at the number of bikes provided.

A Perfect Family Home

This has to be one of the best homes we've rented in Sunriver. We took our sons and daughters-in-law over for a weekend of fun and family time. They were treated to the two king suites upstairs and loved it. The family room upstairs was amazing with three very comfortable couches, nice tv, foos ball, ping pong and a pool table. Previous homes we've rented had the “activities†in the garage. It was so nice to have these inside where the group could still be together. Downstairs was equally as nice with the living room having a couch and chairs just as comfortable as the upstairs furniture and a flat screen tv. Great separation of space in this home that's perfect for a large group. The kitchen/dining were roomy with pretty much everything we needed for dishes and cookware. There were a few spices on hand in a rack, but no cooking oil or spray so bring your own. The cleanliness of this home was impeccable (despite a few carpet stains). The staff at Bennington truly care about their clients having a wonderful Sunriver experience. I spoke with office staff a few times prior to arrival and they were always friendly and helpful. That's like a breath of fresh air in these days of declining customer service. We will definitely be back ~ hopefully sooner than later.

This home was FANTASTIC! Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of sleeping configurations and dining seating for a large group. Having kids toys was a nice surprise! Plenty of linens and dishes for a large group. Hot tub was very clean and in perfect working order the whole time. Lots of space for everyone to be together in one room but lots of other places for people to be if you need some quiet. I would absolutely return to this house for future vacations and would recommend to anyone looking for a large home to accommodate a group of vacationers! Property management team was very attentive and helpful and were always extremely quick to respond to any questions I had during our stay. Wonderful vacation!

We had a very nice stay at this home and the boys loved the game room. I was very pleased with the home and the only problem that I could think of was the silverware basket in the dishwasher had some small holes in the bottom and the silverware would fall through sometimes and get caught as you would slide the shelf in. That was the only issue that we had during our stay and the rest of the house was wonderful.
