This lovely, single-level home is full of natural light and tastefully furnished. Located on the quiet north end of town.
The light-filled living room invite you to relax by the cozy gas fireplace or enjoy a movie night on the flat screen TV. The dining area off the kitchen gives access to the back deck and private hot tub. The dining area has seating for 8. Everything you need for your next culinary creation can be found in the well-equipped kitchen.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, access to the deck and attached, private bathroom. Bedroom two has a Queen Bed and a twin bed, plus private bathroom, perfect for a small family. Bedroom Three also has a queen bed and twin bed with access to the hall guest bathroom.
When you are ready to get out and explore Sunriver, head off down the adjacent path on foot, or hop on one of the 4 adult bicycles waiting for you in the garage for the ride to Fort Rock Park to utilize the playground, large open field, picnic benches, tennis and basketball courts. Ping Pong is also available in the garage for family fun!
Family reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 10 Nine Iron or 17 Nine Iron Lane homes and have plenty of room for the whole family.

AC worked really well on the 90+ degree days! Star gazing at night is unbelievable on the back deck. The home is situated within a bike or long walk to The Village or hike to Benham Falls. Very quiet surroundings.

It is great for a group or family. Has capacity to sleep up to 10 Hot tub was great- clean, hot & ready for us when we arrived. A few things were slightly outdated (ie: the appliances) but almost everything worked perfectly for us so really no complaints!! The house was perfectly clean and inviting. Great location too.

The overall stay was very nice. However, the neighbor directly behind us was cutting bricks for a home project everyday which made it very loud and annoying to sit on the back deck to read or have conversation.

This is a very nice, well appointed home that is very dog friendly but and also very clean. The property manager left a plastic dog bowl and dog treats addressed to each dog, including a dog collar tag with their info on it in case the dog got lost. We arrived home one afternoon after a long hike to find the carbon monoxide monitor going off. I called and a Bennington maintenance man was there within 10 minutes to fix it, I couldn't believe how responsive they were. I also received regular texts to check on how everything was going. Definitely recommend this home and this company.

The floor plan was great. It was nice to have a house with everything on a single level. It would have been nice to be able to park the car in the garage, but the ping pong table filled most of the space. The neighborhood was very quiet. We definitely recommend this house for your upcoming vacation.

We saw that the dining table could accommodate a leaf but couldn't find it. If there is one maybe a note of where to find it. ( or maybe we missed it?) We had a GREAT experience/vacation! We LOVE Bennington Properties, very professional every time we rent thru you! The only thing we would suggest is more trash bags and paper towels right at the start so it would save housekeeping a trip out. We felt bad bothering them! Everything else was awesome 😊

Upon arriving it appeared that the garage floor had wet sand on it. And we ran out of laundry soap just washing towels for 6 adults one child and 2 infants But elsewise our stay was very pleasant.

We've had a wonderful vacation experience here and really, our only complaint was that the BBQ ran out of gas mid-way through cooking the first time we tried to use it and so we had to finish dinner in the oven! :( Otherwise, everything else has been very comfortable and we would definitely rent this lovely home again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. the home was comfortable and nicely decorated. The one level was important to us as we had small children. The 3 bathrooms were a life saver with such a large number of people staying in the house. I would stay here again and I would highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay at this Bennington property. The location was fantastic with easy access to the paved/mountain bike trails to Lava Lands and the Deschutes River. The house was very well stocked and all of the little touches from Bennington made for a great stay. The home is on the Northeast side of Sun River which seemed to be much quitter than near the village center. I highly recommend this home for families with kids, dogs people who want easy access to the mountain bike trails.

We shared this home with another family. There were plenty of facilities to accomodate our needs. The bikes available were great for the kids (10+). We brought our own for the 8 year old. We had problems with two of the bikes while on a ride. Bennington met us in a van, looked at the bikes, then brought us two new ones within the 1/2 hour. The house was clean and comfortable. Sufficient directions for use of hot tub, fire place, wi-fi, and recycling. Hand soap bars, dish soap, and laundry soap were all provided. Shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are not provided. If you stay with 8 people you may run out of towels quickly especially if you use the hot tub. We also especially enjoyed the secluded location of this house.
