Great, single level home on the golf course! At 6th green/7th tee box of the Woodlands Course.
This home is bright, cheery and has an open feel with 2 dining areas. A spacious ensuite with a new Posturepedic King bed, TV and large ensuite bathroom, 2 well-appointed Queen bedrooms and a 4th bedroom with 2 Twin Bunks comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
Guests will enjoy sitting out on back deck overlooking the golf course, whether barbecuing, watching wildlife, or relaxing in the private hot tub. Walk to the Woodlands Golf Course or take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 3 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house.
Family reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 7 Nine Iron and 10 Nine Iron Lane homes and have plenty of room for the whole family.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

Wonderful home for 2 families of 5 to enjoy and spend quality time together. Kitchen was stocked with all of the gadgets needed. Bathrooms were clean and nice. It’s a very nice and quiet part of Sunriver. Would definitely book again in the future!

This home was great for our group of 5 adults and 2 children. The only thing I would have liked was curtains in the bedrooms as the shades let a lot of morning light in and woke us up early. Great location and so quiet being on the golf course. Would definitely stay here again!!

This home is spacious, light and clean and perfectly situated on the golf course. Sitting on the deck, drinking coffee as golfers played past was a great way to spend the morning. Hot tub in fenced in a private patio area off a bedroom which is greater privacy but not for view. The room set up can Easily can accommodate more than one family. Equipped with bikes in great working order and a ping pong table (bring your own balls). We will definitely be asking for this property for our future trips.

Great house and location for a relaxed family gathering. Street was quiet and the bikes/ping pong table were a great addition. The hot tub is well maintained and the kitchen/dining space was great for our three-family visit. Master bed is ready for a new mattress and the couches are ready to give up, but the overall value was great. There is tons of early morning light so bring an eye mask unless you enjoy waking at sunrise!
Would be a 5 if some things in the house were fixed

Comfortable home with a large master with attached bath.The other bedrooms are considerably smaller and share bathrooms. Since we shared the house with another family, we would have preferred two master suites. Additional living room seating would be nice. Maximum 5-6 people can sit on the couches. There is room in the living room for additional furniture. The ping pong table in the garage and the bikes were enjoyed by all. Nice home, beautiful location. We had a great vacation. Thank you!
Thank you for your input on possible seating improvement. We will pass that onto the owners of the home. Next time, and we certainly hope there will be a next time, talk to our Vacation Planners and they will be able to find you a home with multiple master suites.

We had a full house as a newly blended family that included adult kids and grandkids. It definately met our basic needs. Plenty of room to stretch out, great deck with open space, bike paths out the front door and love having the washer & dryer and ample supply of wine glasses! Suggestion to please put a lock on the actual cover of the hot tub; we had a near disaster. Also more supplies when the house is rented for a full week - we had to go to the office for more TP, Paper towels, garbage bags and dish soap. Dust pan would have been nice as we worked hard to keep the house in order during out stay. Sunriver has been a vaca spot of me for years, and this home is great and in a WONDERFUL location. House was super clean as always with Bennington rentals. House could use some maintenance outside. Deck needs to be refinished. Hot tub was too hot and would not adjust down. Other than that all was good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our rental during our four day stay. The place was very well equipped with all the essential utensils, cooking implements and was welcoming when we arrived- hot tub was hot- home was warm and there were plenty of towels - only issue is that the master bed was a bit uncomfortable (too soft) but that's a small criticism for an otherwise excellent home. Our cousins stayed nearby and we were able to have large family meals all together at 17 Nine Iron. Despite the uncomfortable master and bunk beds- perhaps less spongy pillows would be a good addition. Location- far away from action was perfect for snowshoeing on the golf course. Loved the fireplace and living area and games available-

A lot of space to fit a large group. Neighborhood is quiet and right next to the golf course. Furniture feels a little outdated.

House was perfectly sized and laid out for 6 adults & 5 children. Great trail system just north of the house. The kitchen from a "tool" standpoint was very well equipped. Water pressure and temperature in master bathroom is awesome!<br/><br/>The kitchen was not well equipped from a basic staples standpoint: No salt & pepper, sugar, flour, oil, saran wrap, misc spices, etc. We expected to not have to bring our kitchen contents with us in order to use the great kitchen. The waffle iron is a great touch, but on it's way out as waffles did not brown well at all.<br/>Master king has a very pronounced "hole" from a long life of someone heavy sitting on the edge. It should be replaced.<br/>Fireplace did not draft well and made the house smell like smoke. We had to stop having fires as we could not tolerate the smell.<br/>Ping pong balls were like rocks and table was in garage where it was too cold to play. A space heater would be a nice addition for playing there in the winter or maybe owners should consider locating it where the dining room table is since the kitchen table is plenty big.<br/><br/>Overall we had a great trip
