This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom A-frame sits just outside Sunriver proper; close enough to enjoy all that Sunriver has to offer, but far enough to get some quiet rest and relaxation.

The living room is nice and cozy with wood stove and flat screen TV.

The spacious kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and dinnerware needed for the perfect meal.

Downstairs you'll find one Queen bedroom.

Upstairs you'll find another Queen bedroom and a King bedroom with beautiful balcony views. The King bedroom has a desk work space for remote working.

There is one full bathroom upstairs and one full bathroom downstairs.

The deck space might just be the highlight of this property! Soak up the beautiful nature that surrounds the property from the top balcony or the bottom deck where you'll find a gas BBQ and patio seating. Also included are 4 adult bikes for venturing beyond the property. A canoe and two paddles are also available for use!
