This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is located in the popular Meadow House complex and near the award-winning Meadows Golf Course. This condo features a king bedroom plus a queen suite loft bedroom.
8 Meadow House has all the charm and Sunriver feel you could want. The living area is tastefully decorated with Sunriver flair boasting a wood burning, stone fireplace, board games and books that will leave you feeling cozy on a snow-filled winter night! A well-stocked kitchen provides ample supplies for creating the perfect meal - whether that entails a multi-course dinner at the adjacent dining table with seating for 6 or a relaxed BBQ lunch out on the deck.
On the main level you'll find a bedroom with king bed and full bathroom.
Head upstairs to the loft with a queen bed and full bathroom.
The outdoor living space has comfortable patio furniture and a gas grill. A rare amenity: this condo has a private enclosed hot tub for those cool Sunriver nights.
Head outside and take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 2 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house. There is no garage access with this home.

Loved the comfortable home, serene back deck, perfect location, 100% private hot tub, well-equipped kitchen. Bennington was 100% smooth including on-site check/in-out and great response to a smoke detector that started beeping.

This was not my first visit to Sunriver but my first VRBO experience and I am impressed. It was so easy! The staff were/are extremely helpful and responsive. They check in regularly to make sure we had what we needed etc. I will do it again for our summer vacation.

This beautifully decorated condo has all the comforts of home. It's very clean and modern. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the privacy of their hot tub is very inviting. The bedrooms are large with incredibly comfortable beds. We loved sitting on the deck and having the deer walk right by us. We plan on visiting Sun River often and will continue to stay at this condo. Thank you

The house is gorgeous and clean. The location is great! We can walk from the village back to the house easily. There are lots of details that I like about, the kitchen is fully equipped and the quality of the plates and pots ( any many others) are very good! Water pressure from the shower is good which my husband and I really care about. The communication with Bennington is good, they are very helpful and give you very clear instructions before head. We’d love to stay at their property again but next time we will plan earlier! :-)

Practical perfect in every way - 2 usable bikes in good working condition, lovely fireplace- plenty of wood and fire starter provided, hot tub with lights and strong jets, White pristine towels. Well stocked kitchen, great Weber BBQ! Furniture was Comfy and the carpet was very cozy. ðŸ‘

Bennington folks are always friendly, easy to work with and quick to respond to email and texts. This is our 4th time to Sunriver and our 4th rental home. This is the best one all around. I always travel with my own pots and pans and cooking utensils but I didn't need anything because you had everything! And the sharp knives were sharp! I loved that there were all kinds of spices. It was fun to taste some of the Savory Spice Company spices you had in the cabinet and then we found the store in Bend and bought them. The beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed serving meals at the umbrella covered table on the back deck and then rocking in the comfy chairs while watching the grass grow. The bikes were perfect (but they need some baskets on them for carrying water and food). Thank you for having a bike pump in the garage. I have already reserved this unit again for next year! We can't wait to return!

The hot tub cover is too heavy to lift by one person. I had hoped to enjoy the hot tub but was an able to get the cover off. The maintenance man explained that a new one will be installed next week and that this one is full of water and very heavy. Too bad For me as I had looked forward to enjoying the warm water.

I had a lovely time staying in this condo. The kitchen was better equipped than my own kitchen at home! The living room has wonderful over-sized sofa and 2 big stuffed chairs to relax in. Washer and dryer came in handy. Very comfortable bed. The owners clearly care a good deal about helping their guests have a great vacation. I slept soundly, enjoyed sitting on the back deck, took bike rides and walked in all the beauty of the area. The condo is located near enough to Sunriver Center to be convenient, but is in a very quiet neighborhood. I am already planning to stay in this condo come this October. I heartily recommend it!

This house has one of the best locations for families in Sunriver. There is a great outdoor space behind the house and the location is central to everything families would want. The house itself is very well appointed and the kitchen is very nicely equipped and stocked with cooking and eating necessities. There is air conditioning, a nice hot tub, barbecue, and they even stock outdoor games like croquet. The bikes have no gears, but they are included in the rental which is nice. Cable and Wi-fi work great. The check in process was seamless. It was a great stay for us at this rental and we would recommend it without hesitation.

We had a fantastic visit. This condo was immaculate. The location is perfect-short walk or ride to both the village and SHARC. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any rental I have ever stayed in. Great green area off the deck for the kids to play and huge movie selection for family night. Bravo!
