This is a beautiful property, spacious, comfortable, well appointed and maintained. Our group enjoyed the hot tub, fireplace and peaceful views from the deck while warming by the gas fire table. The dining room is spacious and open to the living room and kitchen, perfect for a large group. We were a quick drive from the Village and SHARC with easily accessible walking and biking paths. I give this property 5 stars and look forward to our next visit.

Wow! What a great house! My friends and I had a wonderful time hot tubbing in the giant hot tub (so nice!), taking the included bikes out for a ride, having drinks around the propane fire table on a gorgeous deck while overlooking the golf course, and eating at the giant dinner table in an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area with a crackling fire nearby no less. Oh yes, a big TV too with comfortable seating and even with five of us, we each had our own bedroom and plenty of bathroom space. You also could not ask for a better location. Bottom line, it had everything I would want in a getaway with my friends or family and was pretty much heaven!

This was a perfect home for our fall getaway! We loved the layout and the golf course views are beautiful. On a quiet street with a circle so the kiddos could play easily. The home had great decor and loved the propane fire table on the deck. Everything you need in the kitchen. Would stay here again!

This is a very nice and comfortable home. It has everything needed for cooking and lots of dishes and glasses. We spent lots of time sitting on the deck enjoying the golf course view. The propane fireplace table on the covered deck off the dining room was a great place to enjoy the cool evenings (there was an extra propane tank provided, which was appreciated). Their is a close bike path trail that follows the river, and the drive to Sunriver activities and village was easy. Be sure to check out the Bennington Properties guest perks - we enjoyed the free admittance to the High Desert Museum and discounts on some Sunriver activities. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Malheur 14 is a great house. Very clean, nicely furnished, and a quiet private view of the golf course. The kitchen was fully stocked which was great for a large family. I would definitely rent this house again.

All the sleeping areas are on the ground floor. Two of the beds are in a converted garage. It's a little strange as you have to go thru one room to get to the other and it was a bit drafty in those two garage converted rooms. With 5 beds downstairs, it feels like the place is short one bathroom. There is one in the master and one in the hall for the other 4 beds to use. There is a half bath upstairs. The thermostat for the furnace is upstairs but the furnace is downstairs. We set it to 70 to be comfortable in the living area but roasted ourselves downstairs overnight as the heat was pumping out in all the downstairs areas but never reaching the upstairs thermostat to tell it to turn off. All of us woke up sweating. So, before bed, you must turn the thermostat down to 65 or less.

This is truly a perfect vacation home! My friends and I had a wonderful stay in this beautifully appointed home with a gorgeous wrap around deck, hot tub and incredible views. The home is furnished in a lovely central Oregon way with comfortable furniture and tasteful decor right down to the artwork and the cozy themed bedrooms with new bedding and furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked and has every tool you could want, along with pots, pans, staples and lovely dishes and flatware. All appliances are top of the line and spotless. The dining area is spacious and accommodating for larger groups and the living room has a large screen TV and excellent seating with comfortable sofa and chairs! One of the best features is the location on a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood near Woodlands Golf Course and a short drive to the Village. We will definitely make this our number one rental when in Sunriver! It’s a gem!

I had the pleasure of staying at 14 Malheur on a girls’ getaway from February 23-26. It was such a clean, comfortable setting for this gathering! The view from the house out onto the snowy landscape was scenic, and enhanced the coziness of the living space. We even took advantage of the hot tub, which was delightful with the snow all around. The kitchen was well-supplied, allowing us to fulfill our plans to have the options for dinner in or out. We had fun cooking together, which is a rare opportunity. All-in-all, our stay was a success, especially since we had not gathered like this for two years. I enthusiastically give 14 Malheur 5 stars!

My family and I stayed at 14 Malheur for three nights in October. This is a lovely home in a very peaceful setting with a great view of the golf course. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, the home is large enough for a big family or group of friends. It’s tastefully decorated and had everything we needed while visiting. We enjoyed our days walking on the trails along the river, our evenings relaxing with a glass of wine by the outdoor fireplace on the huge deck and soaking in the oversized hot tub before bed. I would highly recommend this home. We will definitely be back!
