Stunning views abound! Constant lovely view of Mt. Bachelor from living, family, kitchen, and two of the bedrooms. A truly stunning residence to enjoy this tranquil setting and all the splendor Sunriver has to offer.
Living room, family room, dining room, kitchen and two bedrooms feature this amazing, hard to find view. A Queen bedroom with attached bath is located on the main floor. Upstairs are 2 spacious Queen master suites with private bathrooms and a 4th bedroom with 2 sets of Bunk beds, perfect for the kids! All three bedrooms upstairs have private balconies. Western style is featured throughout this home--a classic Sunriver dream home. Take a short ride to the Deschutes River on one of the 4 adult bikes provided.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.
Family reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 16 Loon Lane home and have plenty of room for the whole family.

Location and view are fabulous and the house has a private bath for each bedroom which is very nice. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Nicely furnished and decorated. Love this house.

The room with the two sets of bunk beds is the smallest room of all and so it's tight for the kids (we had teenagers in there). The hot tub is roomy and works well! It was nice to have two family rooms (one with a TV, and the other with a view of the river).

The home is very well stocked and comfortable. The view is beautiful. Quiet and peaceful.

It is really big and very comfortable for a large group. The view is lovely with the river bend and Mt. Bachelor right out front. It was great to walk to the bridge so quickly in the evenings and we rode bikes across and into the forest 4-5 miles and had the trail to ourselves. It is not the fanciest house but is really clean, very comfortable and great location! Would highly recommend if one wants big space, awesome views and plenty of amenities without blowing a vacation budget.

Hut Tub is divine with a beautiful view of the river. Peaceful place to stay - two families were incredibly comfortable. Love the two master bedrooms!!!

What a delightful, well-equipped home for our family gathering. The view of the river and surroundings from the decks made it especially peaceful and inviting. Thank you!

The house is in an absolutely beautiful location. It is well layed out and appointed. We did however have a terrible time trying to keep is warm enough to not be wearing coats inside while the weather was cold outside. The kitchen could use some more mugs - there are too few and many are chipped.

A great house with plenty of space. Very comfortable, great hot tub, peaceful setting with River and mountain view. Plenty of cookware, plates & utensils comfy furniture and places to gather or retreat. No ping pong or pool but great indoor and outdoor spaces. Our favorite house in many ways - thanks for sharing

The home we stayed at, 6 Loon Lane, was perfect! We have stayed with you several times and have not yet found a house right on the river! This house met our expectations in every way; it was well kept, spacious, had everything we needed in the way of supplies, the furniture and decor was up to date and tastefully chosen and the layout of the home was perfect for our group which included 3 children and 6 adults. The view was spectacular, the walk to river was short and easy for paddle boarding, the tiny natural swimming hole that formed at the waters edge was a delight to find and cool off in without being taken down current. We will absolutely be looking to stay in this home again!!! Regarding the staff at Bennington, they are always professional, prompt, considerate and wonderful to our kids! We had a small issue with a yellow jackets nest and it was fixed w/in a day. We also were having trouble with the wireless and again, very promptly and professionally got that issue resolved as well. Kudos to you and your team - we love working with you for our vacations to Sun River!

We had a wonderful stay at 6 Loon, perfect size for 10 people. The location was perfect, loved the view of the Deschutes! I would recommend that the kitchen be better stocked with items. Very little dish soap, no aluminum foil or ziplock bags, no cookie sheets, maybe some small plastic cups for kids, lots of storage lids but no containers. Other than that a great house.

We enjoyed the home and the location very much. Our group consisted of eight older adults with bicyclists and fishermen among us.
This is the 3rd year our family has chosen to book a stay at 6 Loone Lane. The house fits fits the way we like to relax and vacation. The layout is great, the furniture quality, comfy, but durable. The place is properly equipped throughout and the River location sealed it for us.

needs more cups, plates,dishes, etc.
needs working dish washer as it was broken
whey you charge premium for the property, you should provide enough dish washer soap, etc.
needs a update the old TVs in the one living room.
needs anther TV in the other living room.
garage leaked water badly.
the driveway had puddled so much water, we could not get out of the car.
one of the two garages was impossible to park in, the angle was weird and could not park inside the garage.
