This spacious home is perfect for a large group vacation. The Anchor House is conveniently located between Fort Rock Park and the SHARC. Modeled after a ship's layout, the kids will love the many built-in bunks and the adults will love the modern and rustic décor, spaciousness and open concept with two additional seating areas upstairs.
Take a seat on the plush sectional under the vaulted ceilings of the living room and spark up the gas fireplace for a cozy atmosphere. The large flat screen TV on the wall has access to streaming platforms and cable for a night in.
An open layout joins this room with the dining room and kitchen for a spacious feel. Gather at the picnic-style table for a family meal whipped up in this gorgeous kitchen with gas range, stainless steel appliances and ample counter space.
There are four bedrooms and three baths here, making this home suitable for up to 14 guests. The primary bedroom is upstairs and features a king bed, access to a private balcony, and a full shared bathroom. A second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV with media player.
A bunk room upstairs has two sets of twin bunks (4 twins) and a queen bed, along with a TV and DVD player. The other bunk room is smaller with a similar setup - one set of twin bunks (2 twins) and a double bed, with a TV sitting room. With so many sleeping options, you'll be able to cater to everyone's sleeping needs.
There's a bathroom on the main level with access to the hot tub, a second on the upper level, and another on the third level near the bunk rooms. You'll also have a washer/dryer for any laundry you need doing, and WiFi is available for your convenience.
There is plenty of entertainment available for all ages - a Ping-Pong table in the garage is sure to inspire friendly competition or hop on one of the bikes in the garage and cruise around on the miles and miles of paved pathways in Sunriver. Or, enjoy the great outdoors on the wrap-around deck with a gas grill and private hot tub.

The communication with the Bennington staff was absolutely stellar. Quick replies, and so very helpful when we asked for directions and texted a question about check out. Rockstar assistance!

This house is amazing! Has every game, DVD or VHS you could ever want! The kids loved all the hidden places to sleep (many bunk beds and lofts to snuggle into). The hot tub was amazing and the kitchen was so well appointed. We will be back.

We love this place! The home is nestled into the woods away from any major roads and backs against the beautiful pine forest. There’s ample parking for multiple cars and a two-car garage/activity center stocked with bikes, ping-pong table and other fun stuff. You can access the bike/walk trail through the backyard and from there you’re a short bike ride or walk to the SHARC Aquatic Center and beyond. There’s a wonderful deck that wraps around two sides of house with comfortable lounge chairs. We had some memorable times enjoying the view along with a beverage after a day of activities in Sunriver and around Central Oregon. The deck also provides access to a hot tube that seats 8 and is great after a day of skiing, hiking, rafting, fishing, etc. The main floor of the home is open between the living room, dining room and kitchen. Two sliding glass doors allow you to open up the main floor to the deck and the outdoors. The kitchen is well stocked with quality plate ware and cooking and eating utensils. The appliances are in good shape and include a 10-cup coffee maker. A must have. The open layout of the first floor allowed us to socialize with our friends when it was our turn to prepare dinner. There’s a fireplace, wall-mounted TV and a full bathroom on this floor, too. It’s got everything you need for getting together with friends and family. The home has a split level layout and the first landing above the main level gives you access to two main bedrooms with king and queen beds and a full bathroom. The next landing up has a seating area that overlooks the main floor, access to another full bathroom, and two separate “sleeping areas” with queen full beds and several bunk beds. It’s a really cool and fun-for-the-kids layout. Oh, yeah, and there’s a small TV room nestled into this area. Very unique. Hope your visit is as enjoyable as ours. Great place! - Ross C.

We have stayed at Leisure 6 multiple times and it is one of the best locations in Sunriver! A short bike ride or walk to SHARC, really makes the SHARC part of the daily vacation fun! Location is close to bike paths, start the day with a walk loop and end the day with the River Loop bike ride! Home had everything we needed and three bathrooms on three different floors was very convenient for large groups. Tons of beds and space for everyone, kids especially like the upstairs bonus room. We have stayed with multiple families and groups of 14 and had room for everyone (kids love the built in bunk beds). We enjoyed spending time on the wrap around deck, alternating between sun and shade throughout the day. The detached garage is wonderful for ping pong tournaments and a favorite kids hangout.

The anchor house in Sunriver is has everything you need for a great getaway with family and friends. Everything you need – nothing you don’t. Open floor plan (updated kitchen, dining, living) for gathering together around the fireplace. Great large dining table with access to outside patio to extend when the weather is good. Hot tub for cold mornings and evenings/apres ski. Lots of beds for kids and configuration can be flexible depending on your group. Great location – close to SHARC but still quiet. Really lovely home well-stocked and set up for togetherness in Sunriver!

We’ve stayed at this amazing house at least twice a year for the past few years. It’s been a wonderful spot for vacations with extended family and friends - multiple bedrooms and baths on different levels lets everyone have their own space and the open plan main floor and huge dining table encourage together time. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well outfitted, wifi is fast, hot tub is always clean, and there are two tv rooms for cozy movie nights. Nice Sunriver location close to trails - we’d recommend a vacation here anytime of year.
