Natural light fills the living area as you enter this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. By day, enjoy a book out on the lower deck which is accessible right from the living room. By night, cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace for a movie night. Just a few steps to the upper floor, an updated kitchen awaits, featuring stainless steel appliances and new countertops. The large banquet-style dining table is perfect for family dinner and post-dinner games. The home is stocked with a deck of cards, board games, and puzzles. Just off of the kitchen and dining area is the Ensuite Bedroom which features a smart TV and beautiful attached bathroom with modern updates and furnishings.
Head downstairs to find a King bedroom, full bathroom, and bunk room. The kids are sure to love the bunk room, which is equipped with two twin bunk beds (4 twins total), a large flat screen TV and a sectional, perfect for movie watching!
Enjoy a nice soak in the hot tub, which is accessible through the bunk room, head out on one of the 4 adult bikes to explore Sunriver, or enjoy a BBQ on the upper deck. The upper deck even attaches to the lower deck so there's plenty of room for the whole family. An electric car charging port has been added to the garage, just bring your own mobile charger and juice it up from the driveway.

This home was so perfect for our family getaway! Well maintained, tastefully updated, perfectly appointed - it has a wonderful layout for our family of 5 (with two dogs), very comfortable beds, everything we could have needed or wanted in the kitchen, and a great layout. The location in Sunriver is wonderful as well. We will definitely be booking this specific property again when we come back to Sunriver!

Our family of four had an amazing time at this home. The space worked so well for all of us with the primary suite upstairs and kids in the bunk room downstairs. Another family (or grandma) could have come along and there would be room for everyone. The bikes, games, hot tub, fireplace, even some toys for the kids made it so easy to relax and for everyone to have fun. The kitchen was fully equipped and the grill worked great. It had everything we needed and was thoughtfully designed. The windows make the house bright and vaulted ceilings make it spacious. The house was very clean and the whole stay was a breeze. We can't wait to come back to this gem!

Fabulous 2 night stay at this quintessential Sunriver home! Very well appointed. Was pleasantly surprised by the new updates with high quality finishes. Cozy but also plenty of space. Separate dining and living room spaces each with their own fireplace was a treat. King bed was more comfortable than my bed at home! Love the view of deer and the bike path from the large kitchen windows over the sink. Hot water was instant (can be a pet peeve of mine). Hot tub was a nice size, and private. Wrap around deck means so much space to host and relax in the Summer. An all around great experience! Would definitely bring the family back!

This house is fabulous. We loved the floor plan for two families of four. The back deck is great for eating meals and having drinks. Awesome master bedroom/bath. Totally stocked with everything you need including bikes. Well designed house with very comfortable mattresses. Great central location. I highly recommend this house!

We enjoyed our stay at 3 Leisure Lane. Very convenient location to parks, the Marina area and the Sharc. The house was well stocked for cooking and had plenty of spaces to hang out. Great deck with different levels to hang out on to grill, eat or lounge. Kids loved the bunkroom and hot tub.
