We loved the reverse living layout and all the bikes they had available…and of course the HOT TUB was a hit. The house was fully stocked with anyhing you could possibly need. The bottom floor gets very cold with the way the thermostat is set up with the fireplace. It gets nice and warm upstairs but to make the heater come on downstairs, you need to turn off the fireplace. Since we only used the downstairs for sleeping, it worked out for us, especially since we had brought extra blankets. Other than that, the house was great and we had a wonderful time.

Well equipped home. The smoke alarm battery started to chirp. Benington Properties promptly arrived to replace the battery. Really enjoyed this home and the hot tub and gas fireplace. Downstairs was cold on arrival, but heated quickly once thermostat turned up. The only downside was the train tracks in the backyard. The train was very loud, otherwise quiet area. Short walk to Fort rock Park.

We enjoyed the house and amenities-it is well kept and as per the listing. we especially liked the double balconies/decks with either sun or shade. Even though the unit had air conditioning, we did not need it (daily temperature about 75 degrees). And the hot tub was clean and large. Only downsides was the internet was spotty at times and the noted train is loud and could affect light sleepers.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. It does back up to the train tracks but very few trains go by so it was not a problem at all. Just past the trail tracks is a field that we saw a very large group of elk in several days.

9 Juniper is spacious but also very cozy. The reverse living style of the home was a pleasant surprise as you get to enjoy views out of the window to the trees from the living/dining area. Location to the Village is very convenient as well.

The property was just as described. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group of 8 and one dog. The hot tub was excellent. I often find them dirty or not hot enough but this one was clean and very hot. Borderline too hot but we were able to adjust it. This home has everything sort of kitchen gadget you can think of. I was surprised to find a rolling pin and meat thermometer, both if which we used. There wasn't any plastic wrap or foil and there was very minimal paper products. When I contacted Bennington to let them know there wasn't any toilet paper I was told they only provide enough for you first day, so keep that in mind. I wish I would have known that so we could have been better prepared. We also ran of of dish soap so we had to make a few trips to the store. That was the only inconvenience. Everything worked properly and the home is in a great location.

Celebrated my birthday around the area and having a home like place to stay after a long day of celebration was what I wanted. The place felt like home away from home. We felt very comfortable and with the snow surrounding the modern cabin, it was absolutely gorgeous. Hailey checked up on us to make sure our stay was as we expected and more. I was informed ahead of time about the train so I can't complain. I'd recommend the place to other family and friends if ever they need a beautiful and cozy spot to relax in.

No matter the weather, the hot tub is DEFINITELY worth using - so glad we went in it. Also, if you plan to bike ride this house is located in a rather uphill area so occasional or novice riders should be aware:). We really enjoyed that the owners had puzzles and games on site - we really enjoyed the puzzles. Overall our 2nd GREAT experience with a Bennington Properties home in Sunriver and we will definitely be renting through you folks again!

The property management company was very good about responding to our questions. Really enjoyed using the decks . This home is well stocked, the mattresses were comfortable . We loved the layout of this house, upstairs living area with the master. We felt the birdhouse theme and loved all the upper and lower decks. We thought the train tracks so close would be noisy, but it was really cool to see what was chugging by which happened to include several shipments of Army supplies. The best part, beyond the tracks, we viewed the herd of elk grazing daily in the meadow. Thanks for sharing your home, we would rent this one again!

The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake and then some. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the home was excellent to allow for lots of together time but ample space as well. The house itself had a nice remodeled kitchen, but seems to be lacking in other areas....carpets were pretty well worn and dirty looking. And the hot tub was a huge disappointment. It was extremely filthy (rusty bottle cap, dead skin) But upon notifying Bennington about it, they sent someone out that night to get it cleaned. Bathrooms weren't as spotless as they normally are either. Overall, if the cleanliness was better, the house itself is pretty decent. Nice layout and furniture. I personally will be staying at a different property next winter.

We had a great vacation wasy from the business of Portland! With our daughter home from College we were all able to be under the same roof for awhile.
