This house had everything we needed for a fun weekend in Sunriver and Bend. It was just the two of us and our small dog, but this house could easily accommodate one other couple, and maybe a kid as well. The large yard was fully fenced, and since our dog is small we checked the perimeter and the only place she could maybe get out was through a small gap where the driveway gates come together. So, we just didn't let her go out front by herself. With a larger dog, it wouldn't be an issue at all. We enjoyed the hot tub, it was very clean and was set at 103 degrees. We didn't end up having time to explore the bike paths, but appreciated the availability of several bikes of different types and sizes. The place had some very cool decor and features using repurposed ski/slope equipment. Loved it!

Very nice home with plenty of space, comfortable beds and dog friendly. I had told them I was celebrating my birthday and when we arrived I found a card and a lovely bottle of pinot noir. What a nice surprise. We enjoyed our stay and our dogs were really happy there too. We want to come back.

Well stocked, immaculately clean, has everything you want in a vacation rental. Loved being able to bring our dog! Quiet neighborhood and still close to Sunriver for a trip to SHARC, evening bike riding, or a quick trip to the store. Wonderful place, we'd return in an instant!

We had a wonderful stay at the Osprey Chalet with our two collies. Bennington made our stay extra special by welcoming our dogs with special bowls, treats, and ID tags in case they got lost. That wasn't likely to happen because of the large fenced yard--buried in snow in early March. We stopped by the Bennington office in Sunriver, where the staff warmly welcomed us, and offered excellent suggestions about the best places for x-country skiing with our dogs (Wanoga Snow Park!). They also had dog coats to loan, although our furry pals didn't need these; and ski-joring gear, which we plan to try next time. Because we loved the Osprey House so much and were so comfortable there, we will definitely return next winter! A perfect place for a ski holiday with your loved ones, including your pooches.

This place is very pet friendly, totally fenced in. Only a five minute drive to the village for great places to eat The Sunriver Brewing Co. was amazing. The only negative, was the pellet stove was out of order. The home is clean and comfortable. The upstairs bed is the most comfortable, but the down stairs bedroom is the only one with a TV. I would stay here again.

Osprey House is a fine home with all the conveniences you'd want. Your neighbors include lots of squirrels, some rabbits, jays, woodpeckers, deer and at least one bobcat.

This place had everything we could ever want in a vacation house. It was comfortable and in a very quiet neighborhood--the stars looked amazing as we sat in the hot tub. The pellet stove was nice to sit around but even without it the house was toasty warm. There ware TONS of towels and the kitchen was great to make simple meals. The coffee pot looked new as did the dish towels. Everything was laid out very nicely. We arrived at 11:00 pm and there was a beeping coming from the locked bedroom closet making it very hard to sleep. The next day the property manager came out and fixed the problem immediately after we called.

We love Osprey Chalet for its fenced yard, firepit, hot tub, and pellet wood stove. Loved the ski chalet design as we are skiers. Everything is there but an electric skillet. Great thought put into guests needs. It appears to be great for horses as well, but our dogs loved the safety of the fenced yard. We will be back!

This was our 1st time vacationing in Oregon. Everything about the house and area was perfect. The cutest added touch was a dog bowl with biscuits, a new ball, and an "If Lost" tag for our dog Scout. Thank you and we will definitely be returning!

My hubby, me, and our 2 Labs were so glad to find the Osprey Chalet for our 3 weeks in Sunriver this summer. It's a great location on a quiet road just a short bike ride to the Deschutes river and national forest trails as well as many activities at the nearby Sunriver resort. The large yard is fully fenced so dogs can run and play off leash which is a huge plus to us compared to the homes within Sunriver HOA (this was particularly nice during middle-of-the-night doggie potty times ;) The house itself is very cute and comfortable with outdoorsy décor and everything we needed for our stay. Coming from hot California, I was hesitant about no AC in the summer, but it's not at all needed even on the hottest days with the shaded location and cool nights. Our one disappointment wasn't with the house but the Sunriver area overall which has limited public access to the river except in a few crowded access spots. The folks at dog-friendly Bennington had some helpful suggestions for where we could let our water dogs play, and everyone at the property management group was super responsive both before and during our rental. We highly recommend the Indio Osprey Chalet and Bennington Properties!

We stayed for Labor Day weekend. Stay was great. Love the Osprey Chalet it was roomy for our family of 6 and equipped with mostly everything you need for a stay with full kitchen even a Brita pitcher in the fridge, just bring your own food if you want to cook your own meals. Lots of games for the and DVD, cable, wifi and even Roku. Backyard is great for everyone with nice jacuzzi, gas grill, bicycles, even a couple of swings. If we needed any assistance the management team responded quickly. The House is about 4 minutes to Harper Bridge and less than 10 minutes to Sunriver Village and SHARC, and about 20 minutes to Bend or Lapine.
