This beautiful Northwest lodge style home is located in a very private setting with forest views from all rooms and is just a short walk to Fort Rock Park.
When you enter Grouse 7, you’ll quickly notice that the home has all the conveniences of home. Tasteful décor and a wood-burning fireplace are the perfect setting for an evening spent gathered in the comfortable living room watching a movie on the flat-screen TV. For mealtime, put the fully-equipped kitchen to good use. You’ll find everything you need. Gather around the large dining table that seats eight or take your food outdoors to enjoy on the patio in the mountain air. Just beyond the dining area is the primary bedroom featuring a king bed, TV, lounge and work areas and a private bathroom.
Head upstairs to find a three more bedrooms Bedroom one is a king ensuite with TV and private bathroom. Bedrooms two and three also have king beds. A full sized bathroom rounds out this level.
A large private deck spans the entire back side of this home with a private hot tub and BBQ.
When you're ready for an adventure, take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 5 adult bikes and 2 kids bikes provided with this vacation rental house. Want to keep the fun closer to home, check out the ping pong table and basketball game in the garage.

Grouse 7 is fantastic. The upstairs "fun" room as the kids referred to it was epic. Lots of activities to keep both families so very entertained. Kitchen has plenty of space and the large table was great for games and eating.

This is our new favorite Sunriver house! Great location for kids with Fort Rock Park directly behind the house, excellent house layout, well stocked kitchen, big hot tub, ping pong and a basketball pop a shot. We can’t wait to rent this house again!

As soon as you walk in the door you'll fall in love with this Sunriver home! Tall ceilings in the living/dining room make the already generously sized area feel even more spacious. If you love natural light you'll be happy to see windows seemingly on every wall and in every nook. The downstairs master bath and an upstairs bedroom also have skylights. Tons of natural light stream in all day, but privacy and summer heat are taken care of by both opaque and sheer pull up blinds on most windows. The décor is nicely updated and appropriate to Sunriver with Pendleton blankets and/or pillows through out. The kitchen (yay, gas cooktop!) could not be better stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. No spices, oils, vinegars, etc are provided but that's understandable esp with COVID, but we knew ahead of time because that detail was specifically addressed in the home information. It was a joy to cook in this kitchen and next time I'll plan for even more meals at home! There were only 5 of us in this 3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath home that sleeps 8 but I would not hesitate to add 3 more to our group. Not only is there sleeping for 8 but also plenty of hanging out space for 8. Overall GREAT HOME!!

We had an incredible Thanksgiving weekend in Sunriver. The house fit our family perfectly. I really love all the cozy updates the new owners have made at 7 Grouse. We cooked every day and the kitchen has everything we needed. The big sectional couch and leather chairs in the family room were perfect for watching football. Go Ducks! The location to Fort Rock Park was really convenient for a morning coffee walk and for the kids to play. Will definitely book this house again.

The kitchen was very well stocked and the home is overall well appointed with all the extra fans, blankets, pillows, etc that you may need. The furnishings and decor are dated and the mattresses a bit hard for our taste. Location is very central and great for access to Ft Rock Park. Hot tub was clean. We used our own bikes, but I did see that there were a few in the garage for tenant use.

Great space with a thoughtful layout to accommodate two families. Temperature in the house will be the major challenge! Sunday's the property office is open till 1pm. Passes to the SR Aquatic center must be obtained at the office.

Back yard backs up to Fort Rock Park. Kids playground was only couple hundred yards away. Yet house was very private. AC was very nice on hot days and nights. 4 adult bikes and 1 youth bike in garage. However, I still needed to rent smaller bikes for my two kids though. House was very clean, organized and comfortable. Lots of room to spread out. Saved a lot of money by renting directly from Bennington vs. AirBnB or VRBO. So much to do near this house and Sunriver. Wished we stayed longer.

This is such a great home for a large family or group. The kitchen has everything you need for multi person dining and the deck outside is great for additional seating. Everything was clean and welcoming and any questions we had were promptly answered by Bennington staff. The home is nicely located for visiting Fort Rock Park and riding bikes all around. We enjoyed a float from the Marina and really appreciated the discount provided by Bennington! We just can't say enough about what a wonderful place this is.

Our stay was comfortable and warm with plenty of wood. We enjoy the fireplace immensely. We did experience a few issues that I felt should have been addressed prior to our arrival. However once brought to the service team, they were taken care of. We stay at 7 Grouse throughout the year and look forward to the summer.

We were 5 families at Sunriver for a reunion and, of all the houses we were in, we liked ours at 7 Grouse Ln. the best. It's a beautiful house, very comfortable and peaceful. Our only recommendation for improvement would be to furnish the bedrooms with some better, firmer pillows as the current ones seem very tired and worn. We would have loved to stay longer - and next time we will!

Many spiders in the home. Threshold and sliding door rungs were full of pollen. Flew in fireplace did not function properly (maint did correct fireplace problem). Overall, 7 Grouse remains our favorite home in Sunriver for over 15 years!

we enjoyed our stay. The house is fine. plenty of room for 3 large guys..tight for 4. Kitchen is nice. Beds are great. Everything worked to perfection except the hot tub. It was more like a hot springs. One of our biggest concerns/requests was having a newer/big hot tub and the tub at Grouse was just fair. The driveway was tough to get up if you don't have a 4 wheel drive. Very narrow. The rest of the house/stay was GREAT. Can't tell you how refreshing it was to have the Bennington people follow through with any concerns/requests we had. I mean these people took pride in making sure we were having a GREAT time!! That means a lot to me. I've rented through other companies and Bennington is BY FAR the best. We would probably rent a different place due to the old hot tub but we will rent through Bennington. We are counting the days till we can get back to Sunriver!! Magical!!!

This house was a very relaxing and homey place to have a vacation. We loved the stocked kitchen, it had pretty much anything you could think of that you would want in a kitchen! We also loved having fires in the wood burning fireplace, so relaxing!! We would definitely stay here again! Also, property managers were so helpful that I would definitely stay in any of their properties again! They knew it was my husband's birthday and they left a card and a bottle of wine on the counter for us, and they resolved anything that wasn't exactly right immediately, just loved them!!

This is a fantastic property! I only have a few small things to point out that should be upgraded for such a nice house.<br/>1. Coffee Maker badly needs to be replaced, grounds ended up in the coffee every time. I left a new package of filters since there was only two when we arrived.<br/>2. The grill needs to be upgraded. This house should have a much nicer grill than the dilapidated one still in use.<br/>The floor plan is terrific so that two sets of adults can have their own space, one upstairs, one downstairs. The upstairs are also has its own den and couch, which was very nice.<br/>Despite my criticism of two very small things I think should be upgraded, this is a great house.
