Home is nice but older than looks in the pictures online. Located along ways out in Sunriver so if you are looking to just relax its great for that, but if you want to use the facilites in Sunriver or shop at the Village be prepared for a drive.

It was a lovely home with almost everything we needed. Definitely could have used more kitchen towels and washcloths for the bathrooms. A nice comfortable patio set would have made everything so much nicer, as we spend a lot of time outside and had one small 4 seater table, 3 old plastic chairs and 4 folding chairs. For the money we paid I expected more luxury. Overall, beautiful home. Bathroom situation upstairs was inadequate with 3 people sharing one bathroom.

This was a great home for a large family to comfortably gather. In a quiet cul-de-sac with a short walk to the river. We appreciated the air conditioning as it was hot and a bit smokey during our visit. Highly recommend this home we would stay there again.

Comfortable. Well stocked kitchen in terms of utensils, cookware, etc. Beds are in great shape, so a good nights sleep. Bathrooms good size and clean. Only slight negative is one of three bathrooms is shared by three bedrooms and the half bath is on a different floor. Nice back deck, plenty of chairs, new grill and nice hot tub. Overall great place to stay

Comfortable layout for family gatherings, big living room that fit 9 comfortably, downstairs walk in closet very quiet for a sleeping baby even with lots going on in the living room, kitchen stocked with lots of goodies like a quesadilla maker and plenty of dishes, hot tub well maintained, quiet location (neighbors were gone so that probably helped), farther out from the center of town - but close to the river (we didn't go cause the road wasn't cleared, lots of snow), and a cute little front porch to enjoy

Gosling 5 is a spacious 5 bedroom property that is located very far north in Sunriver, so it was quiet and peaceful during our stay. Bennington was very supportive regarding all of our questions and concerns. They even sent out maintenance to fix a loose bedframe to make sure my disabled mother was safe.

All were fixed promptly except for the living room fireplace which the tech was unable to get working properly. Hopefully that problem has been fixed before its next rental. This was our first visit to Sunriver and we could not have asked for a better vacation. 5 Gosling had everything we needed and more - lots of space, a great location, more bikes than we were told to expect, a fully stocked house, BBQ, hot tub and more. We have just returned home from a fabulous 11 day stay at 5 Gosling. I wanted to write to you directly to commend your company and your staff on their excellence from start to finish. I first inquired about this property in July and was graciously given access to personally view it, which was greatly appreciated. From the beginning, I have been so impressed with every contact we have made with Bennington Properties. To a one, each person was friendly and accommodating. It was a big expense for us to pull this off. We gathered all our children and their families for an epic Christmas and it went off without a hitch. Kudos to all of you on an excellent experience. I will rent from no one else from here on out. (on a side note...have been coming to Sunriver since its inception in 1969...honeymooned there in 1971 and we have spent time there every year since. I am not new to the rental experience and have had some not so great times!) So with that, I will say again, thank you for your professionalism that is rendered with a giant dose of friendliness!

The house was good. But the stove is still not working. This was a complaint in January 2016. It is disappointing that this is still not working properly. One of the bedrooms had no cable. The people came to look at it (we did not report it) and were rude they were called out again. They said they told the owners there was a low voltage issue. I will say we were given some passes for the cable inconvenience. So hats off to the management.

House was in a great location, center to the mall/exit of sunriver/etc. Bedrooms worked great for us, all were used and fit 10 adults with 2 kids/2 babies perfectly. Beds and furniture were comfy and we had a very relaxing time. The only thing: the stove may need to be replaced, oven cook time is way off (add 1 or 2 hours to any cook time) and the stovetop burners were SLOW. The check-in time at 4:30pm is VERY late, especially when you pay for that day... We had some night visitors of raccoons but they didn't bother us, the kids loved watching them from the window :)

Our family of eight spent the Thanksgiving holiday in this lovely home. The accommodations were quite comfortable, and the floor plan was perfect for everyone. From toddlers to great-grandparents, our four generations had plenty of room to spread out. An extra bonus was having snow on the ground! We spent time in the village, which was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Having stayed in other Sunriver homes, we have always found Bennington Properties to be professional, courteous and responsive. Looking forward to our next visit!

This is our third stay in this spacious Sunriver home. We love the 2 master suites as we share this home with another family and there is plenty of room for everyone. This home use to come with SHARC passes, so it was a bit of a bummer to learn we had to pay to swim anywhere. Otherwise, we were happy with our vacation home and the Bennington folks were very helpful and nice to work with.

Our family had a great time in this Sunriver rental. We had plenty of room in this spacious house. It was a little far from the village but we knew that before renting this place. Love the fact that it was walking distance to the river on the paved trail. The hot tub was a big hit especially when the snow was falling. At night 4 raccoons entertained us at the back door, but annoyed us when they got into the trash and spread it all over. We did not feed or encourage them they just showed up. The fireplace was awesome and kept us toasty warm as we played games. <br/>We feel their are a few maintenance issues that could be addressed in this house.<br/>1. the dinning room table cannot be properly cleaned because of the bare wood and it is not sanitary.<br/>2. the hot tub cable to secure the top is broken and can't be locked<br/>3. the shower door handle in the main floor master bath needs to be fixed as it falls off when touched. <br/>4. the trash can container area needs to be raccoon proofed (they know how to open the door) and the trash can lids don't fit the cans. <br/>Everything else was great and we really enjoyed our stay. We shall return next year in anything that Bennington rents us because they are so gracious and prompt to address questions or issues.<br/>

Our group of women friends have rented this home for the last several years for our annual Sunriver fall getaway. It offers the perfect accommodations for the six of us. We enjoy the well-stocked kitchen for our culinary needs, and the comfortable living space. We were especially pleased this year with the updates in the kitchen and the living-room, and the Duck Pond wine that greeted us! As ever, we had a wonderful time in Sunriver, Sisters, and Bend and are looking forward to this accommodation for our next Sunriver Girls' Getaway.
