Our family LOVED this home. It was the perfect size for our family of four and we felt like a total of 6 people would have fit well in this house. It was a fantastic location (close to the Sunriver park, a 15 minute bike ride to the main village) and the backyard was like a private forest. Bennington Properties did an amazing job of communicating with us and helped make the stay comfortable and simple! The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, appliances, etc. We had such a great time and would absolutely recommend this house! We will definitely try to book this house for future visits to Sunriver!

We spent a lot more time inside due to unseasonably snowy weather in April, but enjoyed the lovely views and very comfortable accommodations. Very comfortable and the games, ping pong and movies were a nice bonus.

Wanted a getaway to meet my best friend and relax for a nice extended weekend. Was everything we needed to decompress from busy mom/wife life. Thank you for a great escape and recharging station! We plan to visit this house again and maybe even with our families!

This is a very nice home with lots of space in the living room, dining room, deck and kitchen. The ping pong set up In the garage was fun for our family. While this is an older home it has been well maintained and supplied with everything we needed. We would stay here again .

This open plan home maximizes its square footage and actually has enough comfortable seating in the living room and dining room for six! (Too many homes have more beds than comfy seating or chairs at a table!) Incredible pantry space, full game cupboard, large deck. Helps to be tall to reach kitchen items on top two shelves. Garage is stuffed with bikes, ping pong table, high chair, even a kayak! Short walk to Fort Rock Park. Great AC for the hot days. Home has been well-loved and much-used, but pride of ownership shines through. We'd come back again.

We loved our time at 11 Flat Top. It is nestled into the woods, which were stunning the first morning when we received a foot of snow overnight. We loved the combination of the interior design with the giant windows looking out into the woods so much that we primarily sat by the fire and enjoyed the view. Great variety of amenities, plenty of space. I would definitely recommend folks to stay here in Sunriver.

Great location, CLEAN, has a hot tub and easy check in/out. Will definitely stay again!

We LOVED the location of this home! We have stayed in many Sunriver homes and this is by far our favorite as far as location is concerned. It is next to Fort Rock Park (five min walk), easy biking to the Village, Marina and the lodge. The house was very clean, which is very important because I'm a clean freak. It has a wood burning fireplace, hot tub, gas BBQ, and patio furniture. The inside of the home has everything you need as well. There are TV's in all rooms, Sonos speakers that you can connect to (we used the entire weekend!), towels for the hot tub or when you go to SHARC and so much more! This trip was adults only but it could easily accommodate our families as well. We will definitely be coming back!

Our stay at 11 Flat Top, Sunriver was super! The location is very central, within a short distance to lots of activities. The house was perfect; well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, stylish and comfortable furnishings, and super cute decor. It was just the spot to relax with a lovely fire in the fireplace and watch the World Series! ...Wonderful vacation property!

My husband and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary at 11 Flat Top! The house is very relaxing and has a newer hot tub. And it is super clean and updated. Everything is easy to find and it has all the necessities you will need. After a long day at the SHARC pool we loved relaxing at the house with the Firestick TV and Sonos speakers. We enjoyed the great bike selection in the garage. We rode the bikes on all the trails and to Goodies Candy and Ice-cream store. 11 Flat Top is a short five minute walk to Fort Rock Park and tennis/pickleball! This is the perfect vacation home for families and couple getaways.
