This spacious, air-conditioned four-bedroom home is tucked back from the street and nestled in the pine trees on a 0.31 acre lot. Enjoy the beautiful hardwood flooring and wood burning fireplace in the open concept living space.
The primary bedroom is located on the main level and features a king bed, smart TV and attached bathroom. There is second bedroom on this level with a twin over queen pyramid bunk.

We stayed in this house following a recommendation from a friend who has previously stayed here. With the three bedrooms plus a bonus room with bunks we had plenty of beds for our group. The house has a great layout and the central fireplace was a hit! We loved the wall of windows that looks out to the golf course and enjoyed the deer who came through each evening. A huge bonus for the kids in our group was the air hockey, ping pong, and bikes in the garage. They have a cabinet full of games too. We will look forward to returning soon!

This is a very well stocked home. There was everything from laundry detergent, to board games, to floaties for the river. The ping pong table and air hockey table were a big hit! And the AC was a pleasant, and much appreciated, surprise. It was great for hosting a larger group for game night. The location was serene and was a short drive to The Village. Bennington Properties was very helpful in having an Amazon package delivered while we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a great experience staying at the sunriver house. There was plenty of room for 2 families and a nice open downstairs for all of us to be together. Brand new hot tub is awesome, I can't remember the last time I stayed in a sunriver house with a nice working hot tub to enjoy. Great views of the golf course with the large windows, we stayed in the winter and can't wait to come back for golf in the summer. I think our favorite part was hanging out around the cozy centralized fireplace. Garage was stocked full of bikes, gear and an air hockey table/table tennis for the kids and parents to play. Overall a great open layout, nice bathrooms and a great spot for our family. We will definitely come back for our next sunriver vacation.

We love this house! We've stayed at this house a few times now and it is so cozy and perfect for hanging out together with our friends. The kitchen is well stocked with all the stuff you need. The garage too is stocked with bikes for the family and other fun activities. The hot tub is great with access right to the bathroom so you don't have to run through the house when you're wet. Love the cool fireplace that you can see from the dining room and the living room. Beds are comfy, and I don't normally sleep well away from home. We'll definitely return!
