Welcome to 3 Filbert! This single level home is great for the whole family. The living room is equipped with a gas stove and comfortable furnishings as well as views out to the surrounding beautiful mature ponderosa pines. The kitchen comes equipped with all the necessities including a waffle iron. Down the hall you'll find a bedroom with two twin beds and a queen bedroom across from the full bathroom. Continue down the hall to the family room with sleeper sofa and king master bedroom.
Enjoy some quiet relaxation or a movie in the family room. The king master is equipped with wide doorways, roll in shower, and roll up vanity for ADA accessibility. In the garage there is a wheelchair ramp for easy access.
When you are ready to explore all that Sunriver has to offer set off on foot or hop on one of the 4 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental. You will have a great time choosing your adventure - the fun at Fort Rock Park, acres of green fairways at the 2 award-winning Sunriver golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles. Looking for wintertime fun? Try snowshoeing on the fairways or head up to Mt. Bachelor, just a mere 20 miles from your front door.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

The home is well laid out and offers the ability for everyone to spread out and relax. The extra family room with the TV and game setup was a huge bonus, and the hot tub helped ease the days stress away. The beds were comfortable, the rooms are well furnished, and the location is quiet.

This rambling single-level home is completely accessible, including the hot tub. We didn't need that feature so I was hesitant to reserve it if someone else did. But it was perfect for the 6 of us--2 school-age kids with their parents and grandparents. The huge bath with accessible shower is attached to a spacious bedroom with king bed. Connecting this suite with the rest of the house is a den/TV room with a huge screen; a full bath is adjacent to this room. Plus 2 more bedrooms and a third bath. Fully equipped kitchen. Living room has a skylight with adjustable shade. Coffee table has adjustable-height top!

We loved this home. The layout of rooms and actual location were perfect for our family. Close to the path but far enough away to have privacy. The hot tub was luxurious and we miss it so much. The bikes provided were perfect sizes and in great condition. I hope we can start making this an annual visit.

The layout is fantastic with a comfortable second living area for movies or gaming. Three full bathrooms made showering very easy for so many adults. The very clean hot tub was nice. The family thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary passes to Sage spa, a beautiful facility. While this home is ADA and has a large roll in shower, the entrance to the room where my disabled adult son slept (twin beds) was narrow and challenging to get into. We didn't have him try entering the queen room but the King bedroom where the shower and second seating area was not a problem. Bennington Properties were accommodating when we asked for more towels and free passes. I would not hesitate to book another vacation through them.
