Conveniently located in central Sunriver, this beautiful single-level home awaits you at 1 Filbert Lane!
You'll enter this spacious, remodeled 3-bedroom home to find an abundance of natural lighting throughout. You'll find plenty of cozy seating both in the living area and just behind it, where there is a seating area for two, perfect for enjoying conversation and coffee. Just off of the seating area is the kitchen with it's open-design and plenty of space for putting together the perfect family meal.
On the left side of the home, you'll find all three bedrooms. The first, a King ensuite with direct access to the back deck and the second, a queen bedroom with gorgeous window reading nook. The third bedroom has a twin bunk bed and additional twin.
When you're ready to soak up the Sunriver outdoors, spend time out on the back deck grilling on the gas BBQ or venture out on the adult bicycles provided. Your vacation awaits at 1 Filbert Lane!
This home allows dogs, 2 max, SMALL DOGS only please. Fees apply.
*This home does not have cable TV service, but the owner provides a Roku and YouTube TV account with access to over 50 channels including sports. There is also a DVD player.

This home has been updated with modern touches. Beds and furniture were new and comfortable. The landscaping is beautiful and the driveway could easily fit 4 cars. The only negative is that the barbecue did not get hot enough to cook steaks correctly.

Wow! That is the best way to describe this beautiful home that my family and I were lucky enough to reserve for a ski getaway in January. First and foremost, the home has been meticulously remodeled. This is not one of those SunRiver homes that feels like a trip back to the '80s when you walk inside. New kitchen, floors, and bathrooms. Really well done! Second, you couldn't ask for a more central location within SunRiver. You are on a quiet road off Beaver. The kids can safely ride bikes up and down the street, but you are central to everything: Fort Rock Park is a 5 minute walk, the SHARC is a 10 minute bike ride, and both the North Store and Village are just a few minutes away by car or bike. Third, the house is on a nicely landscaped large corner lot with plenty of space for the kiddos to explore. We hope to come back in the summer time so we can take advantage of the four bikes that come with the rental house as well as central AC. We couldn't recommend this house more!

The weather was lovely and I was able to go for a bike ride. (Good, well-maintained bikes provided!) The property is located in a quiet, easily accessed area of Sunriver. At one point in time, I had been in this house and was delightfully surprised with the lovely upgrades to this property. There is so much light in the main living areas in the center of the house which gives it a spaciousness. But, yet, the coziness factor is still there. The beds were super comfortable for lovely nights of sleep! The outdoor deck and living space is nice and I noticed a nice BBQ, although for our short stay, we did not use. Arrival and departure instructions were clear and easy. I will definitely be returning to this property!

Lots of cool deer came by one bedded down and took a nap right in the yard I think this was a new property to you guys so I had to call to get the door code and I had to call to get the Wi-Fi just be sure to get it set up for the next guy you did get back to me right away
