This charming, three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home has been recently remodeled and includes 8 SHARC (Recreation) Passes! This home is sure to be a hit for your next Sunriver getaway.
A reverse living layout brings you upstairs for the main level. This space holds cozy couches, new gas fireplace, huge Smart TV (for streaming all of your favorite apps), vaulted ceilings and tons of light. You'll find everything you need in the fully furnished kitchen, making meal prep a breeze. The adjacent dining area means your friends and family aren't too far away. Recent renovations include interior paint, floors, blinds, and bathroom vanities!
On the main level you'll find the primary ensuite bedroom with Smart TV and private bathroom. There is also a guest powder room on this level.
Head downstairs to find two more bedrooms. Bedroom one has a king bed, and bedroom two has a queen over queen bunk bed. All beds have new mattresses and bedding.
Take a break and head outside to one of two balconies to soak up the fresh mountain air. The balcony off of the kitchen has a gas BBQ.
When you are ready to get outside, there are 5 bikes available for your use, 3 adult and 2 children. With miles and miles of paved bike paths, you can cruise around to your heart's content.

This is probably the best value air bnb I've ever stayed in. The house was well stocked and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable (a rarity I've found) and the sleeping arrangements allowed for lots of flexibility. We had two kids two adults and two grandparents everyone had their own space. The house is very kid friendly (TVs mounted on walls, no high dressers etc) and the neighborhood pool is fantastic. They had lots of bikes that all worked with pumped up tires and helmets. We have visited sunriver for 20+ years and this is one of the only spots I would purposely rent again.
The Private Pool was a Gem!

Great place in beautiful sun river. The private pool was a gem as the larger pool had too much activity for us...being literally one minute away, we relaxed each day at the private pool. Also, being able to keep the car in a closed garage was great. Huge TV, that allowed us to have a few family movie nights.
