This is the ideal home for the perfect romantic getaway for two or a fun-filled family vacation. The large, enclosed deck is perfectly suited for an old-fashioned BBQ, deer watching, a soak in the hot tub or a lazy day of sunbathing. The premier location is walking distance to the Sunriver Village, allowing quick access to all Sunriver activities and then back to embrace the comfort of your single-level, mountain cabin retreat. Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 4 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental home.

The warm ambiance of the wood burning fireplace and the comfortably furnished interior is enhanced by the high wood vaulted ceilings. The home has two bedrooms; one is a king master that opens up to a private steamy hot tub. The second bedroom hosts a twin size bunk bed and full-size futon and the living room has a queen size sofa bed, great for extra sleeping space. Make Sunriver memories to last a lifetime with this home. Recent improvements include new carpeting, deck, paint and weatherization including floor insulation and exterior doors.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

great little cabin

Delia - Richland

Unlike many of the other homes in the area, this one is notably one-story. The foosball table is fun. There are also board games and books for all ages for non-electronic fun, though you could use the wifi or watch the tv if you want. The rooms were cozy. The bunk bed and futon sofa setup in the second room is especially nice for kids. It was great being a short walk to the Village, also a reasonable walk to the Sunriver Resort meeting spaces.

Weekend Away

Heidi - N/A

It was an average cabin, nothing spectacular but it was clean and did its purpose. There was a musty smell when you walk in but it is an older cabin so I guess that is expected. The bed in the Master bedroom had a hard mattress, it wasn't very comfortable. The other guests said their beds were fine. We did play a game of Foose ball. The hot tub was nice to have but there was only 2 towels and 5 of us so we had to use our bathroom towels. Overall it was fine, we would stay there again. The location was good and close to the Village and that is why we got it.

Comfortable place in Sunriver, close to food

Great location! We walked to the village for coffee and shopping. Great access to the path for exploring and getting your exercise in. Loved the wood stove, made the home very comfoy and warm without having to run the heat.

Great vacation at Sunriver

Rafael - Seattle

Great location -- close to SHARC, trail, and village. Very spacious for just a one-bedroom house. The home worked great for our family and made for a great vacation.

Our week in Sunriver

Clean and comfortable.

Pfister Week

Sally - Willow Creek

It was everything that I'd hope it would be and more. The kitchen cupboards were well stocked with all the conveniences of home and lots of room for our own touches also. Very comfortable. Was perfect for our family. You won't be disappointed . The cool drafts from floor kept temperatures down even through hot spell this past week.

Great Stay in Sunriver at 10 Elk Lane

Christopher N - Escondido

We are so pleased with Bennington's responsiveness to our needs. We bought groceries to make a big breakfast and we were so disappointed in the terrible shape of the skillets in 10 Elk Lane. The cooking skillets were old and worn well beyond what we'd consider safe for use as the Teflon coating was flaking and mostly gone. The kitchen was otherwise well appointed, but we were missing what we needed most. A quick email to Bennington and within a few hours, we had a brand new set of skillets. We couldn't be happier with the great customer service and we will be back to Sunriver in a Bennington property!

Great family getaway

We had so much fun! Perfect location to make runs out to the village for food and supplies. Definitely would like to stay again

Not up to par with other homes we've stayed in

Kim S. - Richland

House was tidy, hot tub worked about half the time, light bulbs out in overhead fixtures. The washing machine appears to have a small leak.

On a positive note, master bed was very comfortable, and living room furniture was nice. Wifi worked, and kitchen appliances worked.

First time in Sunriver

Carrie A. - San Mateo

This house was perfectly located near the village, biking distance to the SHARC and the Sunriver Lodge. The house was fully equipped, comfortable, and clean. Loved the deck and outside table for afternoon wine, cheese and crackers.

Elk Lane 10

- Aloha

We really enjoyed our stay at Elk Lane 10. It felt like a home vs. a cabin - very clean. The only "problems" we had were that the hallway toilet was not flushing properly. Since it was just my husband and myself, this was not a problem and we did not report it until we checked out. Also, the hot tub was "operational" but all the jets were not working and were weak, so it was more than a soaking experience vs. a spa/hot tub experience. But we were fine with it and did not report it until we checked out. We liked the roominess of the place, and it was so well stocked that we could have left several items at home. It was very close to the village, but far enough away to still be a quiet, peaceful experience. We would stay there again.

Clean, cozy cabin

Kimber B. - Grants Pass

We were very pleasantly surprised by this rental. It was a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our family of 4. We would definitely stay here again. The best part was how Bennington Properties set it up. We so appreciated the porch light on and the heat going when we arrived late. We also felt the informational notes around the house made it easy for us as was the well stocked cleaning supplies. Very happy with our stay. Thank you!

Renting a S/R Neighbor's S/R Vacation Home

- Boring

We needed a second home for our Extended Family's Traditional S/R Christmas…So we were able to rent our Elk Lane Neighbor's vacation home…It worked quiet well for us. Sure beat having to drive to another S/R location…#10 Elk was neat and tidy..more than met our needs of an extra couple bedrooms and space for family to spread out at bit….
