Just a short walk to Starbucks and the Sunriver Village, 10 Elk Lane is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This cozy 1,004 sq. ft. home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms making it enjoyable for up to 6 guests. Inside this single level, air-conditioned home you will find spacious kitchen, living, and dining areas.
The comfortable living room has a wood-burning fireplace and TV for those days you just want to chill inside. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room with seating for 6 and a fully stocked kitchen when you feel like a home-cooked meal.
The King Ensuite bedroom has a private bathroom and opens up to the private steamy hot tub. The second bedroom hosts a twin size bunk bed and full-size futon. The full guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
The large, enclosed deck is perfectly suited for an old-fashioned BBQ, deer watching, a soak in the hot tub or a lazy day of sunbathing.
Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 3 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental home.

This is an ideal cabin for a couple: small, one-floor, comfortable and cozy living room with a wood stove, and a short walk to the stores and coffee shops in The Village. You'll hear the train in the background sometimes; it's not loud enough to disturb you, however. The thermostat is very high-tech and took us a while to figure out.

Unlike many of the other homes in the area, this one is notably one-story. The foosball table is fun. There are also board games and books for all ages for non-electronic fun, though you could use the wifi or watch the tv if you want. The rooms were cozy. The bunk bed and futon sofa setup in the second room is especially nice for kids. It was great being a short walk to the Village, also a reasonable walk to the Sunriver Resort meeting spaces.

Great location! We walked to the village for coffee and shopping. Great access to the path for exploring and getting your exercise in. Loved the wood stove, made the home very comfoy and warm without having to run the heat.

It was everything that I'd hope it would be and more. The kitchen cupboards were well stocked with all the conveniences of home and lots of room for our own touches also. Very comfortable. Was perfect for our family. You won't be disappointed . The cool drafts from floor kept temperatures down even through hot spell this past week.

We are so pleased with Bennington's responsiveness to our needs. We bought groceries to make a big breakfast and we were so disappointed in the terrible shape of the skillets in 10 Elk Lane. The cooking skillets were old and worn well beyond what we'd consider safe for use as the Teflon coating was flaking and mostly gone. The kitchen was otherwise well appointed, but we were missing what we needed most. A quick email to Bennington and within a few hours, we had a brand new set of skillets. We couldn't be happier with the great customer service and we will be back to Sunriver in a Bennington property!

This house was perfectly located near the village, biking distance to the SHARC and the Sunriver Lodge. The house was fully equipped, comfortable, and clean. Loved the deck and outside table for afternoon wine, cheese and crackers.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elk Lane 10. It felt like a home vs. a cabin - very clean. The only "problems" we had were that the hallway toilet was not flushing properly. Since it was just my husband and myself, this was not a problem and we did not report it until we checked out. Also, the hot tub was "operational" but all the jets were not working and were weak, so it was more than a soaking experience vs. a spa/hot tub experience. But we were fine with it and did not report it until we checked out. We liked the roominess of the place, and it was so well stocked that we could have left several items at home. It was very close to the village, but far enough away to still be a quiet, peaceful experience. We would stay there again.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this rental. It was a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our family of 4. We would definitely stay here again. The best part was how Bennington Properties set it up. We so appreciated the porch light on and the heat going when we arrived late. Renting a S/R Neighbor's S/R Vacation Home

We needed a second home for our Extended Family's Traditional S/R Christmas…So we were able to rent our Elk Lane Neighbor's vacation home…It worked quiet well for us. Sure beat having to drive to another S/R location…#10 Elk was neat and tidy..more than met our needs of an extra couple bedrooms and space for family to spread out at bit….
