Fantastic home with many amenities supplied, BBQ, hot tub, ping pong table, bicycles, etc. More importantly the hosts were extremely accommodating and in constant contact offering their services (and DVD's) if anything needed attention. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. This was our first airbnb experience and we all agreed this is the preferred way to have accommodations. The house was very comfortable for all 5 of us and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We've been to Sunriver at least 20 times, but 11 East Butte Lane is the only house we've rented more than once. When it's just my husband and me and 2 teens, this is the perfect house. The adults are downstairs. The kids are upstairs. The house has everything we needed (maybe put a hair dryer in the bathroom downstairs). The furniture is attractive and the hot tub has some fun features.

The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. If you follow the directions for opening the house up at night and closing it up during the day, it stayed very cool, even when it was over 100 degrees outside. Remember that if you don't book your lodging through the resort, you don't get access to the resort (Cove) pool. We had access to SHARC and the Sage Springs facilities, which was nice. (But you have to pay a lot for SHARC!) Overall, a great house, loved the ping pong, the kitchen was good, and the kitchen/living area was perfect for cooking and gathering.

Overall, we enjoyed the house, but there are a couple of things that need attention. The DVD instructions are for different equipment than is now in the house, and are useless. The thermometer in the hot tub is broken, and is also useless. The grill is really too small, and should be replaced if possible. Also, the hand towels and washcloths in the bathrooms are so thin and worn as to be practically unusable...bath towels are fine, but the others should really be replaced. Beds are great and very comfy! We contributed three martini glasses to the kitchen supplies, as one must have a Memorial Day martini to kick off the season!

This home was just right for our family. Our granddaughter especially enjoyed the little cubby to read books. The home is warm and charming. As the grandparents we appreciated the master suite completely separated from the other bedrooms upstairs. Our son and his wife did not have to worry about waking us up when the little one woke early. :) We hope to stay there again!

We stayed at 11 E.Butte Ln booked through Bennington Properties for 3 days, and loved it. Everything from booking to checkout was smooth. Text reminders to phone was sent a day before, the morning of check-in, during our stay. We also had a mobile contact info that we can text with any query and expect a response within the hour (during working hours). We have rented many homes in the past (mostly in coast), but the service Bennington provides is next level. Every trip to Sunriver going forward will be through BP.

Overall the house was clean and comfortable. Should check the hot tub for chemical level. Smelled kind of "earthy" . . .also, to raise the top on this tub was difficult (heavy). May want to consider a "self raiser" for the lid to prevent someone from getting hurt.

Good for 2 couples. Wasted sleeping space downstairs. Disappointed in Bennington's lack of response to my email prior to our stay. I asked if true that we no longer had access to N pool. No response and I had to call. The person who answered was not very sympathetic-"ya thats true" was his response. When we arrived we found discount of 50% to SHARK. Think your employee should know this ahead of time.

The house is cute and quaint and buried amongst trees and feels solitude, but yet still close. What made the vacation, however, was Bennington Properties. They went WELL out of their way for us during our stay. It was Christmas and I had all our gifts shipped directly to them and they were so accommodating. I think I had 40 packages and they helped regardless. This is my second stay with Bennington and they are just superbly wonderful! The house is nice as well. The only thing I don't like about this house is the distance to the village (which is not long at all - 2 min drive, if that) and when we stayed in the summer about a 20 minute bicycle ride. I will try a closer house next time, but I like that this one is away from people and it's cozy, so maybe not??

We had a 3 night stay in December, where it poured almost every day. The property was as described; well maintained and very clean. Plenty of wood to burn while we sat in front of the fireplace. My only criticism was that there were no DVDs available for us to watch. Wireless worked seamlessly. I would certainly recommend this property. Sun River ammenities are within driving (not walking) distance.
