This beautiful air conditioned vacation home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and sleeps 10. After a long day outside enjoying the slopes or out floating the river, sink into the couch and watch the roar of the fire from the gas fireplace or relax and play some games with your family and friends. With vaulted ceilings, ample light, and granite counters, the kitchen makes for a lovely space to cook and entertain in. With two sinks, attractive wooden cabinets, and lots of space, food preparation is easy and pleasant. Outside, there's even a gas grill where you can prepare a family feast.
The main bedroom has a king bed, cable TV, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and large walk in closet.
Bedroom 2 is a queen bedroom with TV
Bedroom 3 is a King bedroom with TV and attached Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 4 has a full and a queen bed , TV and DVD player also attached to the Jack and Jill bathroom with an extra Aerobed in the closet.
The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
Don't sweat the small stuff—there's a private washer and dryer, so you'll never be without clean clothes.
The spacious deck offers room to enjoy an unbeatable sunset, or to lounge in the relaxing hot tub. Enjoy the scent of the ponderosa pines and the blissful solitude, simultaneously. If you're feeling restless, head to the garage for a Ping-Pong tournament or hop on one of the 4 cruiser bikes and hit the bike path.

The house was perfect for 3 adults. We loved the size, location and back deck. Very comfortable and inviting home. My only complaint is we can't book it for next July because they no longer allow dogs.

The master and Jack and Jill bath are showers, but the hall bath has a bathtub if you need a house with a tub! Bathrooms were all great! Kitchen is well equipped with great appliances, including a roomy French door refrigerator.
Not our most welcoming stay with Bennington.

Dutchman 17 is a nice home overall, well stocked for cooking, baking, and all your kitchen needs. The fireplace is lovely, gas, so easy to operate. The house is right along the bike path which is very convenient. The home is not overly kid friendly. We found the floors to be very squeaky, so we snuck around at night once the little ones were asleep, so as not to wake them. Also the bed frame in the master bedroom, next to the hot tub was extremely loud. All one had to do was turn over and the bed squeaked so bad it would wake up your bedmate. In the future, if we choose Bennington again, we would look at renting one of their family friendly properties, though certainly Dutchman 17 is nice home and accommodates multiple households easily.

This place was absolutely wonderful and in my personal opinion the pictures online do it little justice. We had a great time, the place was spotless, fun for all and a great way to refresh and reflect with family. Highly recommend.

17 Dutchman is a spacious property that easily accommodates eight comfortably. It was well equipped and located in a quiet neighborhood close to the amenities that Sun River has to offer. We would definitely consider staying again and would recommend it highly.

It's very comfortable. Having two bedrooms on each side of the house makes it a perfect layout for families as well as couples. The home has everything you need, with a fully stocked kitchen

This home is nicely decorated and feels much larger than the square footage would indicate. There are two bedrooms on each end of the house with the kitchen, living room and dining room in between. The bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of storage.We had 5 adults and 2 teenagers on this trip and we felt very comfortable.Although there are several nice bikes at the house, they are cruisers (no gears) which makes the small hills difficult to climb when biking.It is close to the North Store and Fort Rock Park. This is the first time we have booked through Bennington and we were pleasantly surprised by the detail of the communication via email and over the phone when we called with questions or needs. Unobtrusive signs inside the house provided key information without having to dig for it. We would definitely book this house again.

I could not have been more pleased with the house and with Bennington. When they say they will do anything to help make your stay the best possible, they mean it. We drove 10 hours to get there and didn't have time to celebrate my wife's birthday that day. Bennington made a happy bday sign, left balloons and a bottle of champagne! Who does that? Not VRBO! Only difficulty was how many calls it took to extend the stay an extra day, but otherwise, it could not have been a more enjoyable experience. The house itself was beautiful and stocked full of everything you could possibly need. One caveat: the neighbor to the right as you face the house is a grouchy old lady who barked at our kids when they were playing in the back yard area (there is no fence or barrier or conspicuous property line, just looks like a big common area). They didn't want to go outside again after that, so keep an eye out if you have kids.

We love this home and have stayed here two times. It is a great property for a group of adults as there are no rooms with bunkbeds. The kitchen is well stocked. The bike path runs along the back of the house so it is very convenient.

Our group had 8 adults who slept well. The kitchen was very well-appointed. The house was clean and in great shape. Hot tub was clean and comfortable. We like the layout and the great room style. Neighborhood was in a quiet, low-key part of Sunriver. Would stay there again. A/C would have been a nice addition, but Bennington provided fans for each room which was nice.
